Officers walking through the 16th St. station plaza observed a man holding a crack pipe. Upon further inspection they noticed he also was holding cocaine base. The suspect was taken into custody. Officers responded to the station regarding a disturbance aboard a train. A male suspect was reportedly being physically aggressive with a female victim. Officers detained the pair, and determined that the male suspect was in violation of a court order prohibiting him from being in contact with the female. The suspect was arrested and booked for violating the order.
Male suspect contacted on train for fare evasion. Suspect detained for failure to provide satisfactory identification. Further investigation revealed suspect provided false name to officers upon initial detention. Suspect found to have $5,000 warrant out of Oakland PD for false imprisonment. An officer detained two adult males involved in a loud argument at Pittsburg/Bay Point station. One of the detainees had a warrant for battery, assault, and vandalism. The suspect was taken into custody and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility. 0705-1369. L21.

A sergeant walking through a Richmond bound train, observed a suspect holding a small bag of heroin. The sergeant had the suspect off-board at Embarcadero Station. The suspect was in possession of additional heroin, and also had an outstanding warrant for a narcotics related offense. The suspect was arrested and booked.
An adult male contacted for illegally using a discount fare ticket was arrested and booked on an outstanding felony warrant out of Contra Costa County for threatening/resisting an executive officer.
Plainclothes officers on surveillance observed an adult male trying to gain entry into a locked vehicle with the use of a coat hanger. Upon contacting the subject it was learned that he'd locked himself out of his own car. The subject, however, was taken into custody and booked on an outstanding felony warrant charging rape in addition to another warrant charging resisting arrest.
Officers responding to a report of a man bleeding on board a train determined that the subject had been involved in a physical altercation prior to entering the system. The subject was also found to have an outstanding felony warrant charging criminal threats for which he was arrested and booked.
