A patron reported an individual who was possibly trying to steal a bicycle. The officer detained Blake Campbell (32 years old out of San Francisco) who had an outstanding $15k misdemeanor issued out of San Mateo County for a theft related offense. Campbell was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant. The officers were unable to substantiate the bicycle theft allegation.
Officers responded to the station on a report of a fight. An adult male (Charles HEMPHILL, 35, San Francisco) was arrested for violation of a restraining order and booked into the Martinez Jail.
Officers responded to the West Oakland Station for a report of a female (Daphne Bailey, 40 years, San Francisco) threatening a male with a large kitchen knife. Officers detained Bailey and a records check revealed she had a 10K warrant for auto theft. The victim reported Bailey threatened to stab him with the knife. In addition, Bailey provided a false name to the officers. She was booked into jail and was issued a prohibition order.
Officers intercepted a train for a report of a male (Ronald Nalls, 37 years, Oakland) threatening patrons and challenging them to a fight. Nalls refused to cooperate and would not exit the train. A record check showed Nalls had a 45K arrest warrant. Force was used to remove Nalls from the train and handcuff him. He was booked into jail on the warrant.
Officers detained a male (Servante Rodrigues, 24 years, Oakland) for fare evasion at the Hayward Station. A records check showed he had a no bail arrest warrant issued by CDC. Rodrigues was cited for fare evasion and booked into jail on the warrant.
Witnesses reported that a male suspect (Tyrone LANKFORD, 59, Berkeley) was threatening patrons on the platform. Officers located Lankford and arrested him for making criminal threats. Record checks showed that Lankford had three outstanding arrest warrants (no-bail for 290 PC, held by ACSO; $175,000 for 290 PC, held by Oakland PD; and $10,000 for 23152 VC, held by Berkeley PD). Landford was arrested on his warrants and was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
Clinton Donahue (35 years old, San Francisco) was detained for fare evasion at the at the Berkeley Station. Donahue was cited for fare evasion and arrested for a $20,000 misdemeanor warrant. Donahue was booked at the Berkeley Jail.
Adrian Morales (39 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for violating an active court order and a $30,000 misdemeanor warrant at the Daly City Station. Morales was booked at the Redwood City Jail.
An officer detained a male (Bryan Moore, 36 years, Oakland) for fare evasion at the Fruitvale Station. A records check revealed Moore had a 20K arrest warranr. He was placed under arrest and booked into jail.
US Marshals Fugitive Task Force agents took a suspect, (Challinor, Ryan 5/31/86) into custody at his residence on a BART PD Ramey warrant (original case 1712-0697) for assault with a deadly weapon. Challinor was turned over to BART PD, he was interviewed and booked into county jail. L19
