Officers detained a male (Dawon DAVIS, 26, Oakland) for fare evasion. Record checks showed that Davis had an outstanding $25,000 arrest warrant for burglary, held by ACSO. Davis was arrested and booked at the SF County Jail.
Officers contacted a male (Reginald Perkins, 25 years, Richmond) acting suspiciously on the train. He was found to have a valid court order to stay away from all of BART and a $2,500 warrant for theft. He was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the court order violation and the warrant.
A station agent called to report a suspicious male at the bike racks. Officers contacted the male (Mathew Samson, 29 years, San Francisco) and discovered that he had a $10,000 warrant for narcotics and was in possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia. The officers did not locate any damage to any bikes or bike locks, so the male was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrant and possession charges.
A patron reported three males (1. Michael Hoffman, 29 years, Palo Alto, 2. Michael Godiel, 27 years, Chico, 3. Sean Hopkins, 24 years, Pacifica) acting suspicious on Dublin bound train. Officers intercepted the train and discovered two of the males were in possession of stolen property. Godiel and Hopkins had arrest warrants and were booked into jail on the listed charges.
Officers contacted a female for fare evasion and discovered that she is a missing/runaway juvenile with a no bail juvenile warrant for her arrest. She was booked into juvenile hall for the warrant only.
Anthony Bassard (35 years of age, Oakland), detained by an officer for suspicious activity while in the station's parking structure, was found to have an outstanding "no bail" burglary and placed under arrest. He was then booked into the county jail for the warrant.
Timothy Pavlac (30 years old, Concord) and Christine Trumpf (26 years old, Walnut Creek) were detained for lodging in the parking garage at the Pleasant Hill Station. Pavlac was cited and released for a $5,000 warrant. Trumpf was arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for a $30,000 warrant.
Michael Lehman (30 years old, San Francisco) was detained for fare evasion at the Powell Street Station. Lehman was arrested for a $5,000 warrant. Drug paraphernalia was found on Lehman's person. Lehman was booked at the San Francisco County Jail for the warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia and fare evasion with priors.
A male (Mohamad Samim, 27 years, Hayward) was reportedly creating a disturbance at the station. He was contacted and found to have a no bail warrant for auto theft and also possessed a small amount of suspected narcotics. The male was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant and possession charge.
Delbert Hayes (22 years old, San Francisco) was contacted at the MacArthur Station for causing a disturbance on a Pittsburg train. Hayes was arrested for three misdemeanor warrants with a total bail of $23,000. Suspected narcotics were found on Hayes' person. Hayes was booked at the Santa Rita Jail for the warrants and possession of narcotics.
Michael Minor (35 years old, Stockton) was detained for smoking at the Powell Street Station. Minor, who provided a false identity, had an active $2500 misdemeanor warrant. Minor was warned for the smoking violation and arrested for the warrant and providing a false identity. Drug paraphernalia was found on Minor’s person. It was also determined that Minor evaded fare to enter the station. Minor was booked at the San Francisco County Jail for the warrant, providing a false identity, fare evasion and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers detained a male (Robert DAVIS, 48, San Francisco) for fare evasion. Record checks showed that Davis had an outstanding $50,000 arrest warrant for forgery and identity theft, held by SFPD. Davis was arrested on his warrant and was booked at the SF County Jail.
Patrick Monahan (36 years old, San Francisco) was detained for smoking in the Civic Center Station. Monahan was cited for the smoking violation and booked at the San Francisco county Jail for five misdemeanor warrants with a total bail amount of $82,500.
Patrons reported a male acting erratically on board a train. Officers detained the man and found that he had an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant for driving on a suspended license, held by Albany PD. The man was arrested on his warrant and was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
Officers contacted a male (Richard Stuart, 54 years, Capitola) for smoking on the platform. He was found to have three warrants totaling $22,500 for public nuisance offenses. He was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the warrants.
