Officers responded to a report of a male and female in a dispute. Officers determined that the male (Cedric HART, 55, San Francisco) was in violation of a restraining order against the female. Record checks showed that the female (Marla ARMSTRONG, 51, San Francisco) had a no-bail arrest warrant for parole violation, held by the Department of Corrections. Both Hart and Armstrong were booked at Santa Rita Jail.
(PERKINS, Reginald 26, Richmond) was contacted for creating a disturbance on a train. He was arrested on a valid stay away order prohibiting him from all BART stations. He was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail.
Officers conducting fare evasion enforcement detained a male (Shailesh BANSRAJ, 46, Oakland) and learned that he was a sex/arson registrant who was out of compliance. Bansraj was arrested and booked at Santa Rita Jail.
A male (Anthony COUNTEE, 26, Richmond) was contacted for public intoxication. Record checks showed that Countee had an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant for public intoxication, held by San Bruno PD. Countee was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication, probation violation and his warrant.
