While detained for reportedly committing a lewd act in public, James Isham (39 years, transient) was arrested, and subsequently booked into jail, for trespassing on BART property and violating a court order.
While detained for fare evasion, Timothy Knockum (51 years, Oakland) was arrested for the above listed violations; and booked into the county jail.
