The suspect was eventually booked into the county jail for violating the court order and resisting/delaying police. The officer and the suspect were not injured, and no victims wished to pursue a criminal complaint against the suspect. Officers working the robbery suppression detail were flagged down by a person reporting two individuals trying to break into a vehicle parked in the rear parking lot at the station. Officers responded and located a male and a female attempting to break into the vehicle. Officers detained the two subjects and were able to determine the vehicle was stolen out of San Francisco. The subjects admitted they got locked out of the vehicle and admitted they were sleeping in the vehicle for at least 24 hours. A records check revealed a court order retraining the male from being around the female. Both subjects were booked into Alameda County jail.
