Terry Horton (49 years old, Oakland) was contacted for suspicious activity. Horton was arrested for a probation violation (stay away from all BART Stations) and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers were on patrol and saw a male (Ahmed Shairzai, 43 years, San Lorenzo) loitering near a ticket machine and acting suspicious. Shairzai was in the process of altering/forging BART tickets. Shairzai was detained and records showed he was on probation for altering/forging tickets. Shairzai was booked into jail on the listed charges.
A witness reported that a male suspect battered a second adult male aboard a Daly City bound train. The victim, who sustained a minor facial injury, advised responding officers he was not battered. Officers were unable the potential suspect (black male wearing white headphones, white tennis shoes and a gray hoodie), whose description was provided by the witness. The victim was transported to the hospital as he was also intoxicated.
An officer detained a male for possible possession of stolen property (possession of 3 bicycles) at the Walnut Creek Station. A records check showed the male was on probation with a full search clause. A search revealed the male was in possession of narcotics and was placed under arrest. The bicycles were recovered and held for safe keeping, pending an on-going investigation. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on possession of narcotics and a probation violation.
Officers detained a suspicious male and learned that he had two outstanding arrest warrants: $25,000 for theft, possession of stolen property and being under the influence of narcotics; and $5,000 for fraud, both held by Palo Alto PD. The man was arrested on his warrants and was booked at the SF County Jail.
An officer contacted a suspicious person in the parking structure and learned that he had an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant for narcotics violations. The man was arrested and booked at the Hayward Jail.
A train operator reported a couple were acting suspicious aboard a Bay Point train. Officers intercepted the train, located the couple and a warrant check showed three arrest warrants for the male. He was booked at the local jail.
Officers observed two males enter a locked bike storage container and quickly exited when the officers approached them. The males were detained and a records check revealed the males had warrants and violated a court order. The males were booked into the county jail.
Officers contacted a male for loitering in a known drug area. The male attempted to hide narcotics and was detained. The male was searched and a narcotics violation was discovered. The male was booked into the county jail.
Two Community Service Officers reported a suspicious male standing near a vehicle in the parking lot. Officers detained the male and determined he had 25K in arrest warrants. The male attempted to flee but was taken into custody and booked.

Record checks showed that the man had an outstanding no-bail arrest warrant for arson, held by Antioch PD. The man was arrested on his warrant and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers responded to the station for a report of three males possibly burglarizing cars. Officers responded and located the males. One of the males had a 20K warrant and was placed under arrest. 6 cars were located with broken windows.
Officers responded to investigate a report of a suspicious person on a train at West Oakland Station. Officers detained the suspect and determined that she was wanted on a no bail warrant for possession of narcotics out of Marin County. The suspect was arrested and booked for the warrant.
A report was received that a male on the lead car of a train was possibly masturbating. An officer intercepted the train and detained the man, but no one came forward to make a complaint. Record checks showed that the man had an outstanding no-bail arrest warrant for robbery, held by SFPD. The man was arrested on his warrant and was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
An officer stopped a male that earlier he had seen walking through the lot at the North Concord Station. Records showed the male had an arrest warrant and was booked into jail.
A male suspect was reported to be trying to make entry into parked cars in the Derby Street lot. Officers responded and detained the man. Record checks showed that the man had two outstanding no-bail arrest warrants, for assault with a deadly weapon and making criminal threats, held by the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office. The man was arrested and booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
A patron on board the Pittsburg bound train reported that she saw a male suspect, with what she believed to be the magazine of a handgun protruding from his shirt. The suspect, who boarded the train at Powell Street Station, was described as a black male in his 20's, 6 fee tall, with a dark complexion, wearing a light blue denim jacket, white shirt, and light colored jeans. The suspect was last seen walking toward the front of the train. Officers responded to West Oakland Station and searched the train. A male matching the suspect description was located on the third car from the lead and was detained without incident. The reporting party identified the man as the one she had seen at Powell Street. The man was searched, but no weapon or contraband was located. The train was released after about a 12 minute delay.
A CSO reported a male was sleeping inside a parked car at the MacArthur Station. Officers arrived, contacted the male and learned he was on parole. The male was searched, per conditions of his parole. The male was in possession of Methamphetamines and a glass smoking pipe. The male was placed under arrest and booked at the Glenn Dyer Jail.
A witness reported a group of male juveniles suspected of theft entered the Coliseum Station and traveled to the Fruitvale Station. The group fare evaded out of the station and were detained on International Blvd at 34th Ave. A records check showed two males had arrest warrants and the 3rd was clear of warrants or holds. The two males were booked into juvenile hall and the 3rd was released to his mother. Detectives were advised.
Officers responded to the station regarding the report of a male suspect displaying a handgun while on the Fremont platform. On their arrival officers located and detained the suspect, at handgun point. A search of the suspect, however, did not turn up a firearm and he was subsequently released. A sergeant responded to perform the use of force investigation.

Officers contacted the man and found that he had three outstanding $5,000 arrest warrants, for burglary and drug offenses, all held by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. The man was arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
The station agent reported that a male was sitting on the floor, acting strangely and cutting his shoe with a pocket knife. Officers contacted the man to check on his welfare. The man was found able to care for himself, but record checks showed that the man had an outstanding $20,000 arrest warrant for larceny, held by SFPD. The man was arrested on his outstanding warrant and was booked at the SF County Jail.
An officer found a female suspect inside a vehicle which did not belong to her. The officer was unable to establish a crime, but found that the woman was in need of psychiatric care. The woman was transported to John George Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
