A female victim reported she was pushed into the bathroom of the Pittsburg Station where the suspect pushed her against the wall, touched her breasts over her clothing and then masturbated in front of her. The victim boarded a train and reported the incident at the Concord Station. The victim declined medical and was transported to a homeless shelter nearby. Detective Sergeant Power responded to the station and detectives will follow-up on the allegations. Station video was requested and the case is pending further investigation.
