The BART Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division conducted follow up and identified a suspect, Anthony Anttwon ANDERSON (12/8/1984, Concord), in regards to this incident. ANDERSON was taken into custody and was booked into Contra Costa County jail for 261(a)(4)(a) PC and 287 PC.
Lionel Dixon (07/12/72, Oakland) was contacted for indecent exposure at the Rockridge BART Station. Dixon fled from the officer but was apprehended a short time after without incident. Dixon was arrested for 314.1 PC and a 290 PC warrant. Dixon was issued a prohibition order and transported to Santa Rita Jail where he was booked.
Officers were dispatched to the station regarding a male masturbating. Officers contacted and arrested Hakeem Lewis (12/30/85, Oakland) for the listed charge. Lewis was booked into the Santa Rita Jail and issued a prohibition order. 2103-0291, L19.
Englanf, Diane (2/27/75, San Francisco) was arrested on the listed charges and for an outstanding 10k warrant out of San Francisco. Endlanf was booked into San Francisco County Jail. A prohibition order was issued.
The BART Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division, with assistance from the Alameda County Sheriff's Office Special Response Unit (SRU), took two male subjects into custody for an incident that occurred on 10/17/2020. Both males, Jose SANDOVAL (12/6/1990, San Leandro) and Gabriel SANCHEZ (9/8/1990, San Leandro), were taken into custody and booked into Alameda County jail in Dublin.
James Isham (10/12/1978 Concord) was arrested for the above charges and two outstanding BART PD warrants of the same charge ($22k). He was transported and booked into the Santa Rita Jail where he was also issued a prohibition order.
A female victim reported she was pushed into the bathroom of the Pittsburg Station where the suspect pushed her against the wall, touched her breasts over her clothing and then masturbated in front of her. The victim boarded a train and reported the incident at the Concord Station. The victim declined medical and was transported to a homeless shelter nearby. Detective Sergeant Power responded to the station and detectives will follow-up on the allegations. Station video was requested and the case is pending further investigation.
