An officer on routine patrol was flagged down by the victim of a strongarm robbery that occurred off property. The suspect punched the victim, took her purse, and fled on foot. The officer spotted the suspect, took him into custody, and recovered the purse. The victim made a positive identification of the suspect who was turned over to the Richmond Police.
Two unknown juvenile suspects confronted a patron on a train approaching San Leandro Station and physically stole his IPOD. The victim did not need medical attention, and both suspects fled the station on foot and were not located.
It was learned that a carjacking took place on 1/9/07 out of the Hercules Park and Ride (Time unknown). The victim picked up who she thought was a "casual carpooler" at the BART Park and Ride. Once headed toward San Francisco, the suspect, an adult male about 28 yrs. of age wearing a blue jumpsuit, dark knit cap and carrying a backpack, threatened to "blow up" the victim with a flammable material. The victim was able to escape in San Francisco, but not prior to being struck in the face several times by the suspect. The outstanding vehicle is a white 1995 Acura Integra, CA. 3KIT992. The vehicle has a bike rack on the roof; Suspect has the keys. SFPD handled the investigation (case 070091011).
While aboard a train, a male suspect threatened to shoot the victim (no weapon seen) if he did not surrender his cash. The victim gave the suspect $10.00, off-boarded at Coliseum Station and reported the incident. Officers off-boarded the suspect at Hayward Station, where the victim positively identified him. The suspect was arrested and booked.
A female patron walking into the station was accosted by a male suspect. The suspect pulled the victim to the ground, kicked her, took her wallet and ran from the station. A sergeant located the suspect a few blocks away, detained him, and the victim positively identified him. The suspect was arrested and booked.
Officers responded to a report of as many as 20-25 juveniles fighting in the parking lot. The investigation revealed that a strongarm robbery occurred in which the victim, a female in her late teen's, was robbed of a cell phone, shoes, and a necklace. A woman was entering her vehicle in the Hayward station parking structure when she was approached by an adult male suspect. The suspect said that he was going to shoot the victim unless she turned over her property. The victim refused, however the suspect snatched a purse and cellphone and fled the area. In a late reported case, an adult male reported that he boarded a Fremont bound train at Coliseum station and was confronted by a male passenger who brandished what the victim believed to be a handgun and demanded money. The victim, who apparently had no cash in his possession, was forced off of the train at South Hayward station where the suspect made him walk to an ATM at Tennyson and Mission. There the victim withdrew $80 cash. Both parties walked back to South Hayward Station where the suspect apparently boarded an unknown train and fled the scene.
Up to six male suspects in their 20's robbed an elderly male passenger of his bicycle while all were on board a train at BFS. The suspects fled the train with the bicycle. The report of the incident came by way of CHP/911 transfer.
An adult male was robbed of his wallet by two males, 15-18 yrs. of age. The victim was waiting for a bus at the bus stop when the two suspects approached and demanded his wallet. In fear for his safety, the victim gave the two his wallet which contained $125 in cash. The suspects fled the area on foot.

Officers responded to 12th St. station and searched the immediate area for an armed robbery suspect after the victim fled into the station to report the crime. The incident occurred just above the station at Delauers News Stand. The suspect, a male juvenile 14 yrs. of age and in the company of two other males in their late teens, pulled a gun and placed it against the victim's head. Loss was a wallet.

A patron reported to the agent that a subject tried to rob him on the Martin Luther King side of the station. The suspect reportedly rifled through the victim's pockets without taking anything. The suspect, who fled the scene, was described as an adult male, 6', heavy set.
A citizen was robbed of $60 cash by two males in their twenties on the Nevin St. side of the station. One of the suspects brandished a knife during the offense. Both suspects fled on foot prior to the arrival of responding officers.
