A citizen observed and reported three male juvenile suspects stealing two bicycles at the station bicycle racks. A CSO observed two of the suspects fleeing on stolen bicycles. Officers apprehended one suspect and later issued him a citation and released him to a guardian. One bicycle was recovered.
