Officers detained a male (Suliman Ahmed, 24 years old, San Leandro) for fare evasion. Ahmed initially falsely identified himself. Further investigation revealed that Ahmed was in violation of a court order to stay away from two individuals that he was with. Ahmed was arrested for falsely identifying himself and for violating the court order. Ahmed was transported and booked into Santa Rita County Jail.

Officers were eventually able to detain DAVIS and recover a knife he attempted to discard. It was later determined DAVIS has pushed the knife into the stomach of a victim who did not sustain any injury while aboard the train. Davis was found to be on active probation. DAVIS was booked into Glenn Dyer jail in Oakland and was issued a prohibition order.
