The station agent reported that a black male, about 45 years old, jumped the fare gates and was acting erratically. An officer located the man and discovered he was intoxicated. The man was arrested after a brief struggle. Record checks revealed that the man had a valid stay-away order from all BART stations. He was booked at the Redwood City Jail for public intoxication and violation of a court order.

A patron reported that a black male, 30-40 years old, holding a half empty bottle of liquor, was apparently passed out and unresponsive on platform #2. Officers responded to check on the man's welfare and found that he was in possession of an open container of alcohol. Officers attempted to determine whether the man was able to care for himself, but the man became combative. A lengthy struggle ensued on the platform and trains were held out for safety. The suspect continued to struggle with four officers, and was ultimately placed in the WRAP device to control him. The man was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest, and he was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility. Trains were delayed about 13 minutes as a result of this incident.

Officers were flagged down by the victim of a bicycle theft. The victim reported that he left his bicycle unattended inside the station while he used the restroom and returned to find a suspect walking away with his bicycle. Officers were able to locate the suspect with the bicycle and detained the suspect for theft. Investigation revealed that the suspect was the subject of a stay away order from all BART stations and was also in possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested and booked for grand theft, violation of a court order and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The bicycle was returned to the owner.

Officers responded to the top level of the parking structure on a report from an anonymous reporting party, of two males repeatedly looking over the edge of the structure and then disappearing. Officers located and detained the two males. A records check revealed that both subjects were on searchable probation. After a search, one of the subjects was found to be in possession of a pipe used for ingesting narcotics. The male was placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was eventually booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on the above charges. The other male was FI'd and released.

Officers determined that the man was in need of emergency psychiatric care and he was transported by ambulance to San Francisco General Hospital for evaluation and treatment. A complaint will be sought for violation of a court order.
