Nicholas A. Kimmons (9/18/80, Oakland) was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest and violation of probation and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A male subject, Dwayne Johnson(56 San Francisco) was arrested for the above charges. Johnson was transported and booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
A male subject, Davion Butler(32 San Francisco) was arrested for the above charges. Butler was also arrested for two warrants. The first was a felony warrant out of Contra Costa County, no Bail. The second was a misdemeanor warrant out of San Francisco, 5K bail. Butler was transported and booked at Santa Rita Jail.
Two male subjects, Ieremiah Williams(19 Hayward) and Rene Angel-Ramirez(38 San Francisco) were arrested at Hayward Station. Williams was arrested for 211PC and 182(a)(1) PC. Angel-Ramirez was arrested for 211PC, 182(a)(1)PC, 1203.2PC and 11364HS. Both suspects were issued prohibition orders, transported and booked at Santa Rita Jail.
A male suspect, Ricky Levi(26 Emeryville) was arrested for the above charges as well as a probation violation. Levi was transported and booked at Santa Rita Jail. A prohibition order was issued.
Martell Haynes (25, Richmond) was arrested for robbery, violation of probation and possession of methamphetamine. He was issued a prohibition order and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Terell Davis(6/1/90, Antioch) and Mario Rogers(2/8/90, Ontario) were arrested at the Antioch E-BART station for the above listed charges. Both subjects were booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
Juventino Lopez-Ortiz (25 years old, Oakland) was arrested for 459 P.C., 1203.2(a) P.C. and 3455(a) P.C. at the Oakland Shops (101-E. 8th Street, Oakland). Ortiz was booked at the Glenn Dyer Jail.
Kavon D. Fields (19 years old, Oakley) was arrested for grand theft, and Malcolm J. Barfield (28 years old, San Pablo) was arrested for grand theft and violation of probation. Both were booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Tevaris Sweat (23 years, Oakland) ran onto the trackway as officers were investigating the report of a battery. He was eventually taken into custody and booked into the county jail.
