An officer contacted a male subject who was smoking in a prohibited area in front of the fare gates at the Concord BART station. The subject became uncooperative and started to walk away from the officer as he was trying to detain him. The subject slapped the officer's hand when he tried to grab him in order to prevent him from walking away and then began to run away from the officer. The officer eventually caught up to the subject and held him at gunpoint in an alleyway between residences in the City of Concord. It was later determined the subject had discarded a firearm prior to surrendering to the officer. The subject was taken into custody with the assistance of officers from the Concord Police Department and was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. The subject was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for all of his violations.

Record checks showed that the man had an outstanding $20,000 arrest warrant for narcotics violations, held by Hayward PD. The man was arrested for his warrant. Officers noticed two individuals at the end of the platform in an area known for drug use. They made contact and determined that both people had warrants for their arrest. One had two $10,000 warrants for drug possession and embezzlement and the other had a $25,000 warrant for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Both were taken into custody and one was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and a pipe. Patrons reported two males on the train who appeared to be crushing pills and snorting the powder. One of the males was located and detained for investigation. Officers contacted a female who was sleeping in the station. Once awakened, the female brandished a broken golf club at the officers. They were able to take the golf club from her and attempted to take her into custody. She resisted the arrest and had to be physically restrained. Once in custody, she was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and a pipe. She was not injured, but medically cleared by paramedics before being booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the listed charges.
An officer heard a female yelling for help on the platform. Officers responded and learned that a male suspect had deliberately struck two females with bags he was carrying. The suspect was located on the train that was holding, and the victims placed him under citizen's arrest. Record checks showed that the man had two outstanding arrest warrants for narcotics offenses, totaling $40,000 bail, held by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. The man was arrested for battery and for his warrants. However, the man made statements that required he be psychologically evaluated. He was transported by ambulance to John George Pavilion for evaluation and treatment, and will be booked when medically cleared.

Officers detained a male suspect for reportedly trespassing on the trackway. A subsequent wants/warrants check of the suspect revealed an outstanding misdemeanor 7,500.00 “stalking” warrant, held by the Solano County Sherriff’s Office, for his arrest. The officers placed the suspect under arrest for the warrant and then found that he was in possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was then booked him into the county jail for the warrant and for possessing a controlled substance. No complaint was sought for trespassing.

A male matching the description was located on CCTV cameras, and officers detained the man without incident. An officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for a red light in the city of Oakland. An outside traffic stop was conducted. The driver of the vehicle was in violation of 12500 CVC and on supervised release. A search of the vehicle let to ACNTF investigators and probation/parole agents being contacted. Interviews were conducted on-scene. The driver and his three passengers were arrested for narcotics violations and were booked at the Glen Dyer, Alameda County Jail in Oakland.
