An officer booked a male suspect at the Hayward Jail for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana for sale. The suspect's identity could not be confirmed, and the officer believed the suspect was providing a false name. The officer requested that the suspect's fingerprints be processed. Jail staff was able to discover the man's true identity through the fingerprint check, and learned that he had three outstanding arrest warrants from Washington, for murder, intimidating a witness and failure to register as a sex offender, held by Seattle PD and the King County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at Santa Rita Jail for possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana for sale, providing false information to a peace officer, and his outstanding warrants.

She was also found to have three $20,000 warrants for her arrest (for theft, disturbing the peace and driving on a suspended license). She was issued a citation for the drug charges and booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrants.

During a search incident to arrest, the officers located a loaded syringe of suspected heroine, drug paraphernalia, and burglary tools. The suspect was booked into San Francisco County jail for his violations and warrant. The other two people detained were released.

An officer contacted a male subject who was smoking in a prohibited area in front of the fare gates at the Concord BART station. The subject became uncooperative and started to walk away from the officer as he was trying to detain him. The subject slapped the officer's hand when he tried to grab him in order to prevent him from walking away and then began to run away from the officer. The officer eventually caught up to the subject and held him at gunpoint in an alleyway between residences in the City of Concord. It was later determined the subject had discarded a firearm prior to surrendering to the officer. The subject was taken into custody with the assistance of officers from the Concord Police Department and was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. The subject was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for all of his violations.

Both were taken into custody and one was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and a pipe. They were both booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrants and the one for the possession charges as well.
