An officer saw four adult males in the parking structure. The four were contacted and one was found to be on probation. A search revealed that he was in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the possession charges. No sign of other criminal activity was located, so the other three males were identified and released.
Officers detained a male adult whom they recognized as a burglary suspect wanted by the Daly City Police Department. A wants/warrants check of the suspect further revealed a $5K theft warrant, out of Contra Costa County, for his arrest. A subsequent search of the suspect also revealed he was in possession of illegal narcotics. Daly City investigators responded and took custody of the suspect.
Two Hispanic males got involved in a dispute with two black males in the station bus zone. One of the Hispanic males reportedly brandished a handgun. The two Hispanic males left the station in a vehicle, which was stopped by Concord PD units a short distance away. During a consent search of the car, a pellet gun and a quantity of Xanax pills were found. One suspect was cited for brandishing a replica firearm and was issued a prohibition order. The other suspect was cited for possession of medication without a prescription.
Officers were called to a report of a male creating a disturbance. Officers contacted the male, but found no one who wished to make a complaint. The male was determined to be on probation with a search clause. A search of him revealed a small amount of suspected methamphetamine and marijuana. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the possession charges.
An officer detained a subject for fare evasion. The subject provided the officer with false identification so he was arrested. A search of the subject revealed that he was in possession of suspected marijuana. The suspect was arrested and booked into the North County Jail for false identification to a peace officer, possession of marijuana, and parole hold.
Patrons complained to the station agent about a male in the station who appeared to be looking at females through binoculars. An officer contacted the adult male and determined that he is on probation. The officer conducted a probation search but the suspect resisted and struggled with the officer. During the struggle, the suspect dropped a firearm on the ground, which turned out to be a replica. With the assistance of two sergeants, the officer was able to handcuff the suspect. A search of his person revealed a small amount of suspected heroin and credit cards/identification not belonging to the suspect. Further investigation will be conducted regarding the credit cards and identification. The suspect was taken into custody, given a prohibition order and transported to Santa Rita Jail to be booked on the listed charges.
Officers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check on a male who was yelling. The male was determined to be on probation for possession of methamphetamine, with a search clause. A patron called to report a male holding a lighter near the seats on the train. An officer intercepted the train and contacted the adult male. He saw no evidence of arson, but discovered that the male had a court order to stay away from BART and a $10,000 warrant for narcotics. The suspect was taken into custody for violation of the court order and the warrant and found to also be in possession of a small amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia. The male was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the listed charges.
An anonymous reporting party called to report a suspicious male near the bike racks. Officers contacted the male, but they were unable to locate any signs of criminal activity. The male suspect was found to have a current condition of probation to stay away from BART. He was arrested for the violation and found to be in possession of burglary tools, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, suspected tar heroin and methamphetamine packaged for sales. He was interviewed and given a prohibition order before being booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the court order violation, possession of burglary tools and all of the narcotics violations.
Officers responded to an e-alert regarding a male ingesting narcotics. The male was detained and placed under arrest for possession of narcotics and two warrants totaling 25K. Booked at Santa Rita Jail.
An AC Transit bus driver reported an illegally parked vehicle in the bus zone at the station. Officers responded and located the vehicle which was occupied by two individuals. The driver exited the vehicle and informed officers that his vehicle had broken down. A records check was conducted on the driver and passenger. The driver was found to be on probation out of San Mateo County and consented to a search of his person and vehicle. Officers located on the driver, a concealed dagger, along with suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was placed under arrest. The passenger was clear of any warrants and was identified and released. The driver's vehicle was towed from the scene. The driver was booked into the Glen Dyer Jail on the above listed charges. The Narcotics Task Force Officer was notified of the arrest.
A BART employee reported that there were two male suspects in the parking structure, acting suspiciously. Officers responded and detained the two males. Record checks revealed that the second man had an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant for public intoxication, held by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. The man was arrested on his warrant. While on patrol, officers contacted a subject for blocking free movement in the station. A wants check revealed that the suspect had a felony no bail warrant for a narcotics offense issued from SFPD. The suspect was also found to be in possession of illicit narcotics contraband. The suspect was arrested and booked into the SF County Jail.

Record checks showed that the man had a stay-away order from all BART property. The man was arrested for violation of a court order. Search incident to arrest recovered from his person -1 gram /schedule IV drug/ Ativan with a generic name of Lorazpam and 4-grams of Methamphetamine. The suspect was cited for the fare evasion and was arrested for Poss. of a Narcotics 11377 H&S, Poss. of a schedule IV drug 4060 B&P and the CDCR violation. A Sergeant approved the arrest. The suspect was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
An officer and sergeant responded to a report of a subject who was acting very erratically on the platform level of the station. The suspect was also reportedly jumping onto benches and screaming. This was reported by Comm Spec. The officers arrived, located the subject, and determined he was intoxicated. The subject was also found to be in possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The subject was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication.
Officers responded to the parking structure for a report of a vehicle driving suspiciously. Dispatch located the vehicle via camera and observed it driving erratically up and down the structure. Officers stopped the suspicious vehicle and detained the driver who was on probation with a full search clause. The officers located burglary tools as well as suspected methamphetamines in the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for possession of burglary tools, possession of narcotics, and probation/parole violation.
Patrons on board the Pittsburg bound train reported that a man was creating a disturbance. Officers detained the man and found that he was intoxicated in public. Incident to arrest, a quantity of suspected concentrated cannabis was found on the man's person. The man was arrested and booked at Glenn Dyer Jail for public intoxication and possession of concentrated cannabis.
A dispatcher was monitoring the cameras when she noticed a male and female who appeared to be in a dispute. Officers contacted both parties and discovered that the male has a no bail, CDC warrant for robbery and a $15,500 domestic violence warrant for his arrest. The male was also found to be in possession of a small amount of suspected methamphetamine. The female said she was not battered by the male and refused contact. The male was booked into the Glenn Dyer Jail for the warrants and possession of methamphetamine.
A male suspect was detained by an officer for reportedly battering and threatening patrons on the San Francisco platform. During the detention, the officer determined the suspect was too intoxicated to care for himself, so he was placed under arrest for public intoxication. A search of the suspect incident to the arrest revealed he was in possession of multiple individually packaged baggies of suspected narcotics, a small weighing scale and some cash. At this point, the suspect was also placed under arrest for transporting narcotics and possession of narcotics for sale. The officer conferred with the Department’s narcotics officer, before the suspect was issued a prohibition order and booked into the county jail. There were no victims wishing to place the suspect under arrest for any other crimes.
