Albert, who is a convicted felon was in possession of a stolen, loaded firearm as well as a large quantity of narcotics and a large sum of cash. Albert was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for several weapons violations, making terrorist threats and possession of narcotics for sale.
Officers contacted a male subject (Daune WALTON, 50 years old, Transient) well known to them whom had an outstanding no bail misdemeanor warrant out of San Francisco County. WALTON was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant. During a search incident to arrest, officer located drug paraphernalia. WALTON was booked into San Francisco County jail.
Officers stopped a female (Desiree Nguyen, 24 years, Vallejo) who fare evaded through the emergency gate to exit. A records check showed two arrest warrants issued by Alameda County, totaling 12K. Hernandez was searched prior to booking and it was discovered Hernandez was in possession of narcotics. Hernandez was cited for fare evasion and was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on the warrants/narcotics violation.

A male suspect attempted to take a suitcase from a male victim while on the platform. The victim attempted to stop the suspect from taking the luggage and the suspect punched him in the face. A short fight ensued and other witnesses intervened to help the victim maintain possession of the suitcase. The victim suffered minor facial injuries during the incident. Officers were able to detain the suspect without incident and discovered that he was in possession of suspected rock cocaine and a crack pipe. He was issued a prohibition order and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for attempted robbery and possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The victim was treated on scene for his minor injuries.
BART and Brentwood officers responded to a report of a male and female fighting in the parking lot. The male fled, but was located by Brentwood officers a short distance away. Officers determined that the male had battered the female victim following an argument. The male was arrested for domestic violence. A search of his person revealed a quantity of suspected marijuana and methamphetamine. Officers obtained a protective order for the female, who was not injured. Two officers were conducting a patrol check of the 8th Street/Market Street stairwell due to high drug activity when they observed a Hispanic male subject holding a plastic sandwich bag. When the male subject saw the officers, he took off running topside. The officers chased after him and eventually located him nearby trying to change his clothing. The officers contacted him and found he was attempting to swallow individually packaged cocaine and heroin.
