Officer contacted an adult male (Forrest Bine, 26 years, San Anselmo) for possession of suspected narcotics and discovered that he had a no bail warrant for theft. He was issued a citation for the possession charge and booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrant.
Officers responded to the Del Norte Station and detained a male (Eric Durel, 28 years, San Francisco) for vandalism. Durel was placed under arrest for vandalism, possession of narcotics and a probation violation and booked into jail.
A male (Michael SAWYER, 53, Castro Valley) tampered with the sprinkler head in the station restroom, causing the sprinkler to activate. Responding officers contacted Sawyer, who behaved erratically and resisted being detained. Sawyer was taken into custody after a struggle. One officer was injured. Sawyer was transported to Washington Hospital for psychological evaluation, with a criminal hold for tampering with fire equipment, vandalism, resisting arrest, failure to register as a sex offender, parole violation, and possession narcotics paraphernalia.
Eric Crawford (23 years old, Oakland) was detained for fare evasion at the Fremont Station. Crawford, who is on probation, was in possession of illegal drugs. Crawford was cited for fare evasion and arrested for possession of narcotics and a probation violation. Crawford was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Officers detained a male (Daniel Bottone, 34 years, San Francisco) for a narcotics violation at the Civic Center Station. A records check revealed Bottone had two warrants for his arrest. Bottone was booked for the narcotics violation and the warrants.
Officers detained a male (Benjo SALINDONG, 27, Stockton) for fare evasion. Record checks showed that he had two outstanding arrest warrants: $25,000 for fraud, and $2,500 for theft, both held by SFPD. Salindong was arrested on his warrants. A search incident to arrest revealed narcotics paraphernalia. Salindong was booked at the SF County Jail.
Edward Daniels (60 years old, Oakland) threw a bottle at Lawrence Harvey (47 years old, Richmond) at the El Cerrito del Norte Station. Harvey then battered Daniels. Daniels was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Harvey was arrested for a probation violation, battery and for being in possession of an illegal knife and drugs. Both were issued Prohibition Orders and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers responded to check the welfare of a man (Andrew MARMELSTEIN, 23, San Francisco). Record checks showed that Marmelstein had an outstanding $25,000 arrest warrant for narcotics violations, held by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. Marmelstein was arrested on his warrant and was booked at the SF County Jail.

Officers on patrol observed a suspect smoking a suspected narcotic substance. The suspect (Kalied Mousa, 20 years old, San Francisco) was arrested and cited for possession of narcotics and loitering for drug activities.
Officers located a male (Lance Laudenslager, 29 years, San Francisco) preparing to inject narcotics inside the Powell Street Station. Laudenslager was detained and a records check showed a 75K arrest warrant held by San Francisco. Laudenslager was booked on the warrant and the narcotics violation.
A patron reported that a male suspect (Black male in a wheel chair) brandished a firearm and threatened him after a verbal altercation. Officers responded to the scene and located the suspect Keith Albert (25 years old, San Francisco). He was identified by the victim and placed under arrest for brandishing a firearm and making terrorist threats. Albert, who is a convicted felon was in possession of a stolen, loaded firearm as well as a large quantity of narcotics and a large sum of cash. Albert was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for several weapons violations, making terrorist threats and possession of narcotics for sale.
Officers contacted a male subject (Daune WALTON, 50 years old, Transient) well known to them whom had an outstanding no bail misdemeanor warrant out of San Francisco County. WALTON was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant. During a search incident to arrest, officer located drug paraphernalia. WALTON was booked into San Francisco County jail.
Officers stopped a female (Desiree Nguyen, 24 years, Vallejo) who fare evaded through the emergency gate to exit. A records check showed two arrest warrants issued by Alameda County, totaling 12K. Nguyen was searched before booking and officers discovered she was in possession of narcotics. Nguyen was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers intercepted a train for a male (Dmitriy Andreye, 40 years, transient) reported to be unconscious and holding a loaded syringe in his hand. Andreye was detained and placed under arrest for possession of narcotics. He was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers on a directed fare evasion enforcement at the Richmond Station observed a male (Francisco Hernandez, 39 years, San Francisco) attempt to fare evade through the fare gates following behind a patron but the gates before he could exit. Hernandez forced the gates open and was stopped. A records check revealed Hernandez had two arrest warrants totaling 50K. Hernandez was placed under arrest for the warrants. Hernandez was searched prior to booking and it was discovered Hernandez was in possession of narcotics. Hernandez was cited for fare evasion and was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on the warrants/narcotics violation.

Incident to the warrant arrest, subject was found to be in possession of a loaded and stolen firearm and narcotics. Subject was issued a citation for fare evasion and a prohibition order and then booked for the warrant, sales and weapons charges.
A witness reported a male suspect stealing a bike. Officers detained the man nearby. Record checks showed that the man had an outstanding $20,000 arrest warrant for theft, held by Lakeport PD. Burglary tools and quantities of suspected heroin and methamphetamine packaged for sale were found on his person. The man was issued a prohibition order and he was booked at the Berkeley Jail.
A male suspect attempted to take a suitcase from a male victim while on the platform. The victim attempted to stop the suspect from taking the luggage and the suspect punched him in the face. A short fight ensued and other witnesses intervened to help the victim maintain possession of the suitcase. The victim suffered minor facial injuries during the incident. Officers were able to detain the suspect without incident and discovered that he was in possession of suspected rock cocaine and a crack pipe. He was issued a prohibition order and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for attempted robbery and possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The victim was treated on scene for his minor injuries.
BART and Brentwood officers responded to a report of a male and female fighting in the parking lot. The male fled, but was located by Brentwood officers a short distance away. Officers determined that the male had battered the female victim following an argument. The male was arrested for domestic violence. A search of his person revealed a quantity of suspected marijuana and methamphetamine. Officers obtained a protective order for the female, who was not injured. The male was issued a prohibition order and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for domestic violence and possession of narcotics.
Officers responded to the 19th Street Station to investigate a report of domestic violence. A male suspect (Davis, Keymari, 20 y/o, Oakland) was identified and placed under arrest for domestic violence. Narcotics packaged for sale were recovered from the suspect's person. The suspect was booked at the Glenn Dyer Jail.
