A 15 year old male suspect snatched a BART ticket from a patron's hand and fled. The patron was able to capture and hold the suspect until an officer arrived. The suspect had an outstanding no-bail vandalism warrant and was booked at Juvenile Hall.

The suspect, already on parole for a narcotics offense, was arrested when he was found to be in possession of the stolen cell phone and crack cocaine packaged for sale.
