An adult male, who was a suspect of a grand theft violently resisted officers at Powell St. station before he was apprehended. The suspect had stolen personal property from a patron in the station and fled in the direction of officers nearby. The suspect was booked at the San Francisco Hall of Justice after being treated at San Francisco General Hospital for lacerations. Two officers sustained multiple injuries. They were transported to local hospitals where they were treated and released. 0610-0452 L21.
