A female victim reported that while at the station an unknown person/suspect pickpocketed her and took her iPhone 6s. The victim did not see the suspect, and the stolen phone's tracking service was not activated. An officer took a report.
A female victim reported that a male juvenile grabbed her cell phone from her hand and ran off the train with three other males. Officers located two juveniles near the station and detained them. The victim could not identify them as being involved in the crime. The other two suspects were not located. A search of the area revealed the victim's phone nearby. The victim was not injured. The detained males were identified and ultimately released to their parents.
A female victim reported that a suspect (no description provided) grabbed her purse from her shoulder and fled. She was not able to provide any further suspect information. Station video will be requested.
While on a cell phone call, the victim’s Dell laptop was stolen from their backpack. The victim provided a description of a potential suspect (white male, mid-to-late 30s; 6’ tall; 220 lbs.; wearing a blue baseball hat, white T-shirt and jeans). An officer responded, but was unable to locate the suspect.
The victim reported the theft of their 2003 Honda Accord’s catalytic converter while it was parked in the lot between 0700 and 1800 hours on 5/30/17. An officer took the (telephone) report.
The male victim reported that while aboard a San Francisco bound train at the station, two black males boarded the train and snatched the victim’s MacBook Pro from his lap. The suspects then fled from the station, but responding officers were unable to locate them; the victim was not injured during the theft. Officers were unable to track the laptop, but will request station/train video.
