Three male juveniles, all 15 years of age, were arrested after being positively identified in the theft of the victim's laptop. The juveniles will be booked into Juvenile Hall.

The victim had her iPhone X snatched from her hand by a black male juvenile, 5'04", black hoodie and blue jeans, as she purchased food from the food vendor in front of the station. The suspect fled on foot and was unable to be located.

Officers searched for the suspects, and eventually detained one suspect after a foot pursuit. The victim positively identified the detained suspect who was then placed under arrest for conspiracy and resisting arrest; the laptop was not recovered. The suspect was then booked into the county’s Juvenile Hall.
Lemelle Armstrong (30, transient) was arrested for unsuccessfully attempting to grab a cell phone from a person while on a train. A prohibition order was issued.
Two patrons had their laptops stolen by suspects on a Warm Springs train which was stopped at the South Hayward Station.
Officers detained Leroy McCray III (20 years old, Richmond) for grand theft of a wallet at the Powell Street Station. The victim positively identified McCray who was cited for fare evasion and booked at the San Francisco County Jail for grand theft.

A victim reported a male took a cell phone from her hand while on the escalator and fled from the station. San Francisco Police detained the suspect, who was positively identified by the victim. The juvenile suspect was placed under arrest for theft and probation violation.

A patron reported the theft of their briefcase while on a Pittsburg train. The victim placed the briefcase on the floor. As the train approached the Pittsburg Station the victim noticed his briefcase was gone. The briefcase contained a ring, a laptop, a pair of headphones, a camera, an Apple watch charger and miscellaneous books.

A victim was standing on the platform at the Bayfair Station when a suspect ran up and snatched the victim's phone from his hand. The suspect fled on foot with the loss and jumped on a train before the victim could follow. Officers searched for the suspect but were unable to locate the suspect or the phone. The suspect was described as a black male, 30-40 years old, 6 feet tall, medium build, with a short fade style haircut, stubbly beard, wearing a baggy black hoody, baggy blue jeans and red tennis shoes.
Victim reported the theft of her cellular telephone while walking through the parking lot at the station. The suspect was described as a black female, late teens to early 20's, wearing a dark colored shirt with a backpack. The suspect was last seen running towards Bailey Road and was not located by responding officers. 1708-2206 L15.
