Subjects were detained for lodging on BART District property. Two of the subjects had outstanding warrants. The subjects were arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for their warrants.
Andre Fayette (5/9/1981, San Francisco) spat on Officers during a proof of payment contact. Fayette was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for 243(b)PC. Fayette was issued a Prohibition Order.
Officers administered one dose of NARCAN to a 22-year-old male suffering from an apparent drug overdose. The male was transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
Derik Barreto (11/25/84, San Francisco) was arrested for the above listed charge and also issued a Prohibition Order. He was booked into San Francisco County Jail. Barreto was also found to be in violation of the proof of payment ordinance.
Tatiana Brown (2/19/97, Granada Hills) was arrested and booked on the above listed charge.
Carl Anderson (3/2/85, Transient) was arrested on the above listed charge. Anderson was also found to be in violation of the Proof of Payment ordinance.
Officers detained Johnathan Wright (05/02/1988, Vallejo) for report of suspicious circumstances. A record check revealed Wright had a parole violation and a no bail warrant for larceny out of the CA Dept of Corrections. Wright was arrested and booked into the Maguire Corrections Facility for his warrant.
Aunesha Monroegans (4/18/2000, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for 647(f) PC.
Cornelius Godfrey (4/20/93, Oakland) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for a $20k misdemeanor warrant charging 273.5a PC, and for a violation of 273.6 PC. Godfrey was originally detained for fare evasion.
Ray Brigham (2/2/61, Oakland) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for 290.011 PC. Brigham was originally detained for fare evasion.
Zaneta Runnels (11/30/80, Oakland) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for a $5k felony warrant charging 487a PC, and for 11377 H&S. Runnels was initially detained for fare evasion. 2107- 1194 L21
Darryl Delima (7/7/85, Martinez) was due to being out of compliance with his sex registration requirements. Delima was arrested for the violation and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
Mark Unpingco (10-12-1985, Fairfield) was detaine for drug activity. A records check of Unpingco revealed 3 outstanding warrants from Fremont PD and Alameda County Sherriff’s Office for 459.5 PC, 11364(a) HS, 148(a)(1) PC, 11377(a) HS, 602(m) PC and 484(a) PC. A search incident to arrest resulted in a usable amount of narcotics and illegal paraphernalia. Unpingco was not in possession of valid fare. Unpinco was booked at the Santa Rita Jail for his warrants and 11377(a) HS and 11364(a) HS.
Anthony Frye (02/01/89, Healdsburg) was contacted for fare evasion. A warrant check revealed Frye had several outstanding warrants totaling $45,000 out of Sonoma County. Frye was arrested on the warrants and booked into Maguire Correctional Facility.
Rhonda Westbrook (2/7/62, Oakland) was contacted for smoking on a train. A warrant check revealed Westbrook had an outstanding warrant for $5000 out of BART PD. Westbrook was arrested on the warrant and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Timothy Knockum (10/27/1966, Oakland) was detained for fare evasion at the Union City BART station. Knockum has a stay-away order from all BART stations. Knockum was arrested and booked at the Santa Rita Jail for 166(a)(4) PC, 1203.2PC, and misdemeanor 640(c)(1) PC.
Norman Jones (4/18/78, S.F.) was arrested for an outstanding $10,000 DUI warrant. Jones was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
Cameron Davis (5/28/1993, Fairfield) was contacted for fare evasion at the Powell Street Station. Davis did not have a BART ticket, but did have an active warrant. Davis was arrested and booked at the San Francisco Jail for the above listed offenses.
Jose Flores (2/24/1998, Oakland) was contacted for fare evasion at the Ashby Station. Flores was arrested and booked at the Berkeley City Jail for the above listed offense.
Ian Frasier (7/15/1997, San Francisco) was contacted at the West Oakland BART Station in the paid area. Frasier had two active warrants, and was not in possession of a BART fare ticket. Frasier was booked into the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail for the warrants.
Moishe Harris (8/16/1969, San Pablo) was contacted on a train at the Lake Merritt Station. Harris had an active felony warrant, and was not in possession of a BART fare ticket. Harris was booked into the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
William Atkins (3/1/78, Sausalito) was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on the listed charge. Atkins was in possession of fare media.
Officers were dispatched to the Berryessa station for the report of a subject, Romonnie Yun (11/22/1968, San Francisco), kicking the station agent’s booth door. Yun caused damage to the electronic cardkey reader affixed to the booth door, and the defibrillator container affixed to the exterior booth wall. Yun was placed under arrest for vandalism. Yun was clear wants and warrants. He was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail. Yun had valid fare.
Officers responded to the Montgomery station to investigate the report of a battery in progress. Upon arrival, the victim advised the officers an adult male subject, Paris Augusta (12/29/1987, San Francisco), punched her in the face. The suspect was unknown to the victim and the attack was unprovoked. The victim positively identified Augusta. Augusta was arrested for battery, issued a prohibition order, and booked into the San Francisco County Jail. Augusta was clear wants and did not have valid fare.
