Dispatch was advised of a subject who was on the BART track way south of the Hayward Station (near Orchard Avenue). The suspect boarded a Richmond train after being spoken to by a train operator. Officers detained the subject at the Hayward Station and determined he was a danger to himself. A wants check revealed that the subject (Garcia, Raymond, 31, Fairfield) had a no bail burglary warrant issued out from San Diego County; which was extraditable. The subject was placed under a psychiatric detention with a criminal hold for the warrant. TSOC was advised.
