While in her vehicle (2017 grey Honda Accord #7YSM397 CA) in the west lot, a woman was approached by a male who pointed a black semi-auto handgun at her. The woman exited her vehicle, and the suspect drove away in her vehicle with another male. The suspect with the gun was described as a Hispanic male in his early 20s wearing a black hooded jacket. The second suspect was a male with no further description. There were no injuries.
Officers responded to the Pittsburg/Bay Point Station regarding 2 males loitering in the parking lot. One of the males, Arturo Roverso (37 years old, San Francisco) was arrested on a $100,000 outstanding warrant.
Officers were dispatched to contact a male who was reportedly exposing himself. No one wished to make a complaint about the exposure, but the male (Antonio Mandigma, 46 years, San Francisco) was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for an outstanding $7,500 theft warrant.
Charles Hopkins (40 years old, San Francisco) was contacted for fare evasion. He was reprimanded for the fare evasion and arrested on an outstanding warrant. Hopkins was booked at the Redwood City County Jail.
Officers detained Lateef Harvell (41 years old, San Francisco) for fare evasion at the 16th Street BART Station. Harvell was arrested for an outstanding warrant and issued a citation for fare evasion.
Officers responded to check the welfare of Joshua Fortenberry (22 years old, Oakland). A records check showed that Fortenberry had an outstanding $10,000 arrest warrant. Fortenberry was cited for fare evasion and arrested for the warrant. Fortenberry was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Daune Walton (50 years old, San Francisco) was contacted for causing a disturbance at the 16th Street Station. Walton was arrested for a $25,000 misdemeanor warrant and booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
Nakiesha McGee (32 years old, Stockton) attacked her boyfriend, who is also the father of her child, on the platform at the Ashby Station. McGee stabbed the victim with an ink pen. The assault continued at the Berkeley Station. The victim suffered a non-life threatening injury. McGee was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Berkeley City Jail.
Robert Freeman (46 years old, Oakland) was contacted for creating a disturbance aboard a Millbrae train that was held at the MacArthur Station. Freeman was arrested for a $5000 warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation. Freeman was booked at the Glenn Dyer Jail.
Osvaldo Gil (42 years old, Berkeley) was detained for fare evasion at the Bay Fair Station. Gil was cited for fare evasion and arrested for a $15,000 misdemeanor warrant. Gil was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Ernest Jones (42 years old, San Pablo) was detained for drinking an public at the El Cerrito Del Norte Station. He was arrested for a $10,000 misdemeanor warrant and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Byron Edwards (27 years old, Concord) was observed cutting the lock off of a bicycle inside of the Concord Station. Edwards, who is on probation, was detained and arrested for burglary, possession of burglary tools and a probation violation. Edwards was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A patron on a Warm Springs bound train reported that a male suspect punched him and stole his backpack, containing a laptop computer. The suspect later threw the bag back on the train and the victim recovered his property. The suspect fled in an unknown direction and was not located by responding officers.
BART and Hayward Police officers got into a physical altercation with a male suspect who had battered his girlfriend while in the bus zone. The suspect was taken into custody after being tased. The suspect (22, Hayward) was taken to St. Rose Hospital in Hayward prior to being booked at Santa Rita for battery on officer and domestic battery.
(Tina Wilson, 37, Oakland) was cited for fare evasion and arrested for spitting on an officer, violation of a BART prohibition order, and public intoxication.
