Hussain Obad (4/4/87, Oakland) was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for a felony no bail CDC warrant for 211 PC, and for 11377 H&S and 11364 H&S. OBad was originally detained for fare evasion.
Ryan Murphy (7/5/95, San Francisco) was found to be in violation of the Proof of Payment Ordinance. He was also found with 60K in warrants from various agencies for burglary and possession of stolen property. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Eric Gerold ( 10/1/70, Moraga) was determined to have an active Prohibition Order from BART. Gerold was also in violation of the Proof of Payment Ordinance. He was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
James Isham (10/12/78, San Francisco) was booked into the SF County Jail on a $10,000 warrant held by this agency charging PC 314.1. Isham was not in possession of valid fare media.
Leon Sellers (11/10/98, Berkeley) was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on the listed charge. Sellers was also issued a Prohibition Order and was not in possession of valid fare media. TSOC notified.
Clifton Spencer (8/31/89, Oakland) was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on a $5,000 warrant held by Santa Clara County charging PC 314.1(f). Spencer was not in possession of valid fare media.
Taylor Ducote (1/1/92, Berkeley) was found to have several warrants. She had a 20K warrant out of San Mateo County for 530.5(a)PC, and a 5K warrant for 23152(a)VC out of Alameda County. She also had two other theft warrants out of Alameda County totaling 10K. She was booked into Santa Rita Jail on the warrants.
Emeryville PD requested the assistance from BART PD regarding a bomb threat received to a retail business in their City. Two explosives detection K-9 teams deployed and performed a search of the business for explosive devices. Fortunately, no explosive devices were located and the business was deemed safe.
Lorenzo Hearod (8/6/91, Oakland) was contacted for fare evasion. Hearod was found to have an active Prohibition Order from BART. Hearod was arrested on the above listed charges and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
