09-08-2021 1254 hours An officer was conducting a security check of the Fruitvale parking structure when he noticed the sound of something metallic being cut. He looked and saw Angel Garcia (3/1/76, Oakland) under a white Acura. Garcia was taken into custody with the help of OPD units who arrived to assist. Garcia was transported and booked at Santa Rita County Jail for the listed crimes.
