A female passenger reported that she was on a Pittsburg bound train out of Daly City when the suspect boarded at Balboa Park station, sat next to her, and exposed himself. The suspect, described as an adult male 40-50 yrs., off-boarded prior to 24th Street station.
Witnesses reported observing a black truck strike two vehicles in the lot. A check of the plate revealed it was stolen out of Concord PD's jurisdiction. The truck was recovered. The suspect was not located.
