The victim's unknown brand 21 speed road bike, white in color with pink handle bars, was stolen at approximately 1735 hours. An unknown witness advised the on-duty station agent that she witnessed a Black male remove a pair of bolt cutter from a guitar case and cut the U-lock from the victim's bike and leave the area. The victim arrived at the station a few minutes after and confirmed her bike was stolen. Station video was requested.

Officers responded to the Concord Station to investigate a report of a subject yelling and harassing women on a Pittsburg train. The officers contacted Bernard Warren (38 years old, Belmont) and determined he had been drinking and was unable to care for himself. A records revealed that Warren is required to stay away from BART property (unless on lawful business) as a condition of his probation. Warren was arrested and booked at the Martinez detention Facility.

Officers contacted Nicholas Kimmons (36 years old, Sacramento) and determined he had been drinking and was unable to care for himself. Kimmons attempted to spit at the officers. A description of a similar subject had attempted to to steal another patron's bag earlier, but was unsuccessful. That incident also occurred on a train at the West Oakland Station. The suspect is described as a black male adult, wearing a black jacket (possibly leather)), black shirt, curly hair, and sweating profusely. Officers searched for the suspect with negative results.
