A male suspect (Perry, Maurice, 44 years old, San Francisco) attempted to take a victim's bag from his hands while aboard a San Francisco train at the 12th Street Station. After a brief struggle the victim was able to maintain possession of his property. Perry attempted to take the same victim's bag from his hands a second time. After a brief struggle the victim was able to maintain possession of his property. Officers responded to the West Oakland Station and arrested Perry for robbery. Perry will be issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Officers patrolling the Powell Street saw a male, Jerome Hay (50 years old, San Francisco) in the station. A condition of Hay’s active probation is that he “shall not be at Powell BART Station”. Officers contacted Hay for the probation violation. Hay was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the probation violation and 11364 H&S – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A victim reported he was robbed at the Rockridge Station at about 1913 hours. The victim was sitting on a bench when suspect #1 (Black male, 20-30 years old, black sweater, baggy jeans) threatened to kill him and demanded his property. Suspect #1 also told the victim he had a gun. Suspect #2 (Black male, 20-30 years old, camouflage pants, blue sweatshirt) ripped the victim's laptop from his grasp. The suspects fled the scene on foot. No weapons were displayed.
A witness called to report that a male suspect (Ritchie Allen, 23 years old, Martinez) grabbed a female victim and threw her against a wall at the Hayward Station. The witness said the victim was crying and in distress. Officers responded and learned the victim and suspect are involved in a dating relationship. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery. The victim did not wish to press charges and refused an emergency protective order. The suspect was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Hayward Jail.
The station agent reported that a male suspect was outside the booth, making verbal threats to harm the agent. Officers responded and detained the man. A search incident to arrest revealed a concealed handgun in the man's backpack. The agent was not injured. The suspect was arrested and booked at Glenn Dyer Jail for public intoxication, criminal threats, false imprisonment and carrying a loaded, concealed firearm. TSOC was notified.
Officers detained a male suspect for harassing female patrons on the train. Record checks showed that the man was on probation for burglary. The man was arrested for probation violation and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A patron reported that their gray 2015 Toyota Sienna was burglarized while parked in the structure, between 0945-1800 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the left front window to gain entry and ransacked the interior. The owner could not identify any loss.
A patron reported that their gray 2014 Ford Fiesta was burglarized while parked in the parking structure, between 0945-1735 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the driver's window to gain entry and stole two GPS units.
Officers responded to a report of a male and female fighting in the parking lot. The male resisted being detained, but was taken into custody after a short struggle. Officers determined that the male was the primary aggressor and he was arrested for domestic violence. The male was issued a prohibition order and was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail for domestic violence and resisting arrest.
A patron reported to the agent that an adult female (McMillion, Cherrelle 28, Oakland) with two small children appeared to be intoxicated and abusing the children, ages 9 and 22 months. The patron reported that the suspect had backhanded the 9 year old and pushed the 22 month old. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect on the platform. The 9 year old had redness to her head and neck as a result of being punched and slapped by the suspect. Medical was called to the scene to examine both children. Family members of the children were contacted who responded to take custody of the children. Child Protective Services was also notified and have initiated their investigation. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on the above listed charges.
An officer detained the suspect for fare evasion. A records check revealed an outstanding $10,000 no-cite warrant held by SFPD for theft. The suspect was taken into custody on the warrant and booked into the Martinez Jail. The suspect was also cited for the fare evasion.
The victim's Reactor single-speed bike was taken from the front bike rack of an AC transit bus approximately 1100 hours while it was parked at the station. The suspect was possibly a 30-40 year old HM who fled in an unknown direction after taking the bike.
A taxi cab driver witnessed a male and a female involved in a verbal argument which escalated into a physical altercation. The male suspect appeared to be the aggressor. The first officer on scene detained the suspect (Johnson, Tiontee 6/21/79, Concord) without incident. The subsequent investigation revealed that the male and female were involved in a dating relationship. During the argument, the male grabbed the victim around her neck according to the witness. The victim had redness to her neck area, but declined any medical attention. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Martinez Jail for domestic violence. The suspect was also issued a prohibition order.
A male (Stalf, Kevin, 29 years old, Oakley) was in a heated argument with another male. Officers contacted both men and determined that Stalf was unable to care for himself due to alcohol intoxication. Stalf was arrested for public intoxication and booked at Martinez Detention Facility.
A victim reported being robbed at the Fruitvale Station at about 2230 hrs. on 8/31/17. The victim was in the bus zone when she was struck with a closed fist by a male suspect (Black male, late 20's-early 30's, 5'6", short dreads, blue jeans, Raiders jersey and jacket) and her phone was stolen. The suspect directed criminal threats at the victim and then fled the scene on foot.
A male subject was yelling and causing a disturbance on a Richmond train. Officers arrived and detained the subject (Ismael Williams, 25 years old, Modesto) on the platform. Williams attempted to leave the detention prior to its conclusion and board the train. A records check revealed an outstanding $2500 warrant for theft. Williams was arrested for the warrant and for resting/delaying a police officer. Williams was booked at the Fremont Jail.
A victim reported that their 2015 Ford Explorer was burglarized while it was parked in stall 75, in the parking lot, at the Coliseum Station. The burglary occurred on 8/30/17 between 1730 hours and 2341 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the left rear window to gain entry. The loss was a laptop, a digital camera, a hard drive, a video camera and camera lenses.
A victim reported that their 2008 Toyota Tacoma was stolen while it was parked on the 4th floor (unknown stall), in the parking garage, at the Richmond Station. The theft occurred on 8/30/17 between 0730 hours and 2010 hours.
An employee reported seeing two suspects vandalizing train cars with graffiti at the Richmond Yard. The suspects (Black males, tall, dark hoodies) fled the scene on foot. It was determined that two train cars were tagged with graffiti.
