Officers responded to a report of a male creating a disturbance. Officers recognized the man as having a valid prohibition order, and he was arrested. During the incident, the man also damaged a fare gate. The suspect (Antonio HAYES, 52, San Francisco) was booked at the SF County Jail for vandalism and violation of a prohibition order.
A female patron reported that she was handed a note while on a Dublin bound train. The note told the patron that there were guns pointed at her, and that she should hand her wallet and phone to the person behind her, without turning around. The victim faked a medical problem to attract attention and reported the incident to police, but did not want to speak to an officer. The victim later contacted an officer in Oakland and provided more information. The victim was not sure who handed her the note, and did not see anyone with a weapon. The victim thought the person sitting behind her on the train was a white female, pulling a suitcase. Officers checked Civic Center Station, but did not locate anyone matching the suspect description. The victim declined to press charges if the suspect was located.
A victim reported the theft of their bicycle (unknown brand) from the Dublin/Pleasanton Station. The bicycle was stolen between 1700 hours on 9/10/16 and 1630 hours on 9/16/17. The bicycle was secured with a U-lock.
A victim reported the theft of his laptop which was taken from his grasp by two suspects at the Hayward Station. The suspects (Black males, 16-19 years old) fled the scene on foot.
A Cafe Express employee reported a burglary of the business, which is located on the property of the Dublin/ Pleasanton Station. The burglary occurred between 1930 hours on 9/15/17 and 1000 hours on 9/16/17. Entry was made via a window which was broken. The loss was 6-8 beverages.
On 9/16/17 a victim reported a burglary of their 2013 Porsche Cayenne while it was parked in stall 604 at the Coliseum Station. The burglary occurred on 9/5/17 between 1200 hours and 2000 hours. Entry was made via a rear windshield smash. The loss was luggage containing clothing.
A victim reported that a male suspect struck him in the leg with a metal pipe, in an unprovoked attack. The man was detained and positively identified. The suspect was ultimately arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. The victim's injuries did not require medical attention. The suspect was issued a prohibition order and was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.

An officer observed a subject (Ramon Foster, 43 years old, San Francisco) in possession of a bike matching the description of one that had been reported stolen earlier in the evening. The victim of the bike theft identified the bike as the one stolen from him. Foster was arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Foster was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
A victim reported that a male suspect (Black male, 19 years old, 6', 160 lbs., slim build, hair in twists) snatched her Iphone 6 from her hand while she was on the platform at the Balboa Park Station. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.
A patron reported that a male suspect (Black male in a wheel chair) brandished a firearm and threatened him after a verbal altercation. Officers responded to the scene and located the suspect Keith Albert (25 years old, San Francisco). He was identified by the victim and placed under arrest for brandishing a firearm and making terrorist threats. Albert, who is a convicted felon was in possession of a stolen, loaded firearm as well as a large quantity of narcotics and a large sum of cash. Albert was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for several weapons violations, making terrorist threats and possession of narcotics for sale.
The on-duty station agent reported that a male suspect (Black male, 50s, light blue long sleeve shirt, black and white plaid shorts, black shoes, short afro, slim build) became upset and battered her at the Rockridge Station. The suspect then took the victim’s work bag and fled the scene. Officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results.
Officers responded to the Civic Center Station to investigate a report of female (Vivian Lytle, 42 years old, San Francisco) causing a disturbance on a Dublin train. It was determined that Lytle was intoxicated and unable to care for herself. Lytle was arrested for public intoxication and booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
The victim was asleep on a Pittsburg-bound train at the station when he awoke to find the suspect rifling through his backpack. The victim confronted the suspect who then began punching and kicking the victim. The victim off-boarded while the suspect remained on the train. An officer arrived and arrested the suspect after the victim positively identified him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for minor injuries. The suspect was booked into the Redwood City Jail for attempted robbery and issued a Prohibition Order. Train car video was requested.
The victim reported their 04' Lincoln Navigator was burglarized on 9/10/17 about 1400 hours. Entry into the vehicle was via a window smashed and the interior of the vehicle was ransacked.
