An officer responded to the station for a subject possibly overdosed on a train. The subject was unresponsive. The officer administered two doses of NARCAN. The subject became responsive and was taken to Alta Bates hospital for further evaluation.
An Officer observed a vehicle driving recklessly in the station parking lot and almost struct a BART District employee. The driver, Stephanie Benjamin (12/27/1995, San Leandro) was found to be in violation of 23152(a) VC, 23103(a) VC, 23247(e) VC, and 14601.2(a) VC and was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the listed charges.
Several Officers responded to the station to investigate the report of subjects breaking into a vehicle parked in the station parking lot. One of the detained parties, Shacari Dykes (01/15/1996, Sacramento) had an outstanding 25K warrant for 10851 VC and 496(D)(A) PC. Dykes was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
Officers detained Paul Edwards (01/17/1966, Oakland), causing a disturbance and refusing to off board a train. Edwards was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for the listed charge.
An adult male was found unresponsive and with no pulse. Officers administered two doses of NARCAN, with negative results. The paramedics arrived on scene and pronounced the subject deceased. Based on the preliminary investigation, it is believed the subject may have died due to a drug overdose. No foul play was suspected at this time.
A sergeant responded to the El Cerrito Del Norte station to investigate the report of a suspicious male. Edgar James (04/25/1979, Dublin) was contacted. A record check revealed James had a 10K warrant and was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant.
An officer observed David Begovich (11/27/1990, San Francisco) with a drug paraphernalia pipe. Begovich had seven outstanding warrants and was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for the warrants.
Officers observed a vehicle driving in the wrong direction in the bus zone located at the El Cerrito Del Norte station. Officers contacted the driver, Luis Gomez (05/20/1987, Richmond). Gomez was arrested for multiple vehicle code violations and was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the charges.
Officers contacted Nestor Gonzalez (02/25/1989, Berkeley) on a train. Gonzalez did not have proof of payment. A record check revealed Gonzalez had a no bail warrant for a parole violation, 3056 PC out of CDC. Gonzalez was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
Officers contacted Adrian Walker (11/24/70, Oakland) for fare evasion. An automated record check revealed an outstanding warrant for probation violation from the US Marshals Service. Walker was taken into custody and transported to Santa Rita Jail where he was booked.
Officers were requested to assist fare inspection officers who had requested proof of payment from Michael Williams (11/2/83, Oakland). Williams refused, threatened the fare inspectors, and off boarded at the station. Williams was detained by Officers and an automated record check revealed two outstanding warrants. Williams was issued a prohibition order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Officers detained Jerry Thomas (11/8/83, Berkeley) for fare evasion. An automated record check revealed an outstanding warrant for theft. Thomas was taken to Santa Clara Jail where he was booked.
While performing a security check of a Daily City bound train, Officers observed Russell Young (5/11/81, Palo Alto) in possession of drug paraphernalia. A record check revealed Young had an outstanding felony warrant for a probation violation. Young was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail for his warrant. Daryl Delley (5/19/68, Oakland) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for a no bail felony CDC warrant charging 212.5 PC as well as a separate charge of 529 PC. Delley was originally contacted for fare evasion.
Dominque Rooffener (2/18/89, Fremont) was contacted for fare evasion. A wants check revealed that the subject had a felony no bail warrant charging 487(a) PC. The subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for his warrant.
Emmanuel Macias (9/18/90, Oakland) was contacted for fare evasion. A wants check revealed that the subject had an outstanding misdemeanor $10k warrant charging 314.1 PC, and 236 PC, issued from BART PD. The subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for his warrant.
Terrell White (1/27/90, Antioch) was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for two misdemeanor warrants totaling $15,001 charging 243(e)(1) PC and 415(2) PC. White was originally contacted for fare evasion.
