An officer detained a female and a male couple for reportedly disturbing/harassing one another. During his investigation, the officer learned that the couple had just ended a dating relationship, and that the female earlier kicked the male in the groin. Shortly after learning this information, the officer placed the female under arrest for domestic violence; a sergeant approved the arrest. The male, who claimed no injury and refused medical attention, refused to pursue a criminal complaint against the female. The officer then booked the female into the county jail for domestic violence; she will be issued a prohibition order.

An officer on patrol was flagged down by witnesses who advised that a male and female were fighting at the station. The officer located the couple and witnessed the female suspect battering the male. Upon contact by the officer, the male victim was uncooperative, despite having visible scratches on his face. The female suspect attempted to leave the area on foot, but was detained by a sergeant. The investigation revealed that the female was the aggressor. The suspect was placed under arrest for domestic battery, despite the victim being uncooperative. The victim declined any medical attention and also declined an emergency protective order. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for domestic violence.

A female victim reported that at about 1400 hours today, she was the victim of a domestic battery. She told officers that she had obtained a Temporary Restraining Order against her boyfriend, but that the order had not been served. She chose to meet with her boyfriend in the city of El Cerrito in order to attempt a reconciliation. The couple got into an argument as they walked toward BART. The boyfriend grabbed her arm and pulled her onto a train, which the couple rode to MacArthur Station. They got off the train there and continued their argument. The suspect pushed the victim twice. A relative of the victim arrived at the station and the victim left with the relative. The suspect left without further incident. The victim was not injured. The case will be forwarded to detectives for follow-up.

The female was booked into the Redwood City Jail for domestic violence and violation of the court order. She was also issued a prohibition order. The male, who declined medical attention and/or an emergency protective order, was found to have a $70,000 family court warrant. He was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for the warrant.

The aggressor was arrested for domestic battery and was booked at SF County Jail. The victim was uncooperative and refused domestic violence resources and an EPO.

A couple who were previously in a dating relationship, met at the West Oakland Station. The female allowed the male to enter her vehicle, to give him a ride home. The male grabbed the victim by the back of the head and struck her repeatedly in the face. No injuries sustained. The male fled on foot before the officers arrived. The victim complained of pain and medical arrived on scene to treat her. The on-call judge declined to issue an EPO on the case. The case is under investigation and will be referred to detectives.

A sergeant and officers responded to the bus zone are of the station regarding the report of an in-progress fight. The officers attempted to contact one of the involved parties, later identified as the suspect, who was uncooperative, agitated and in control of a stroller containing a small child; the suspect was later determined to be the child’s father. As one of the officers attempted to reason with the suspect, he placed the child between himself and the officer while also exhibiting pre-assaultive behaviors. Eventually, the suspect pushed the stroller (still containing the child) into the bus zone as another officer pointed a Taser at the suspect and ordered him to the ground. Although the suspect did not readily comply, he eventually did and was safely placed in handcuffs without (police) force being used. The other involved party, later identified as the victim and mother of the involved child, was located and explained that the suspect had earlier forcibly taken the child from her, battered her about the face and pulled her hair, while also snatching her cell phone from her grasp as he believed she was calling police. The officers then placed the suspect under arrest for domestic violence, child endangerment, kidnapping and preventing the use of a communication device to summon police assistance. As a result of being battered, the victim sustained a minor injury, but refused medical assistance; the child was not injured. Officers obtained an emergency protective order and issued the suspect a prohibition order before booking him into the county jail.

An officer responded to the station regarding a domestic violence incident in which the female victim had reportedly sustained an injury to her lip. The victim told the officer that the suspect, whom she identified as the father of her unborn child, had punched her about the face as they argued. The suspect then took her older generation (unknown name brand) cell phone before fleeing. Assisting officers unsuccessfully searched for the suspect. Paramedics responded and provided the victim with first-aid, but she refused to be transported to a hospital. The victim further described the suspect as a: Black male; 33 years of age; 5’8” tall; 160 lbs.; wearing a gray sweater, jeans and black shoes. The investigating officer requested station video.

The male was booked at Glenn Dyer for domestic battery and the warrant. The female was booked at Santa Rita Jail on the warrant. The female was given an EPO and the male received a prohibition order.
