Officers responded to the station for a report of a male and female involved in an argument. Upon their arrival it was determined that the female had swung at the male with her purse which resulted in the male taking the female to the ground. Both the male and female were subsequently placed under arrest for domestic violence and for being drunk in public. A prohibition order was issued to the both the male and female prior to being booked into the county jail.

Officers arrived and contacted both parties. The female was not injured, but was given an emergency protective order. The male was taken into custody, given a prohibition order and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. A request for video was made.

The Alameda County Sheriff's Office requested that our officers respond to take over a domestic violence investigation. ACSO deputies had been passing trough the parking lot about 30 minutes before and had found a female victim on the ground, suffering from injuries to her face. The suspect was her former boyfriend, who had left the area. ACSO deputies attempted to contact the suspect at his residence, but he fled in a vehicle. ACSO pursued the suspect, but had to terminate the pursuit in the interests of public safety. The victim declined an EPO. The case will be forwarded to detectives for follow up.

A prohibition order was issued to the male.

The investigation determined that the male had battered the female, who was the mother of his child. The victim was uncooperative and denied any injury. The male was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence. Incident to arrest a small quantity of suspected methadone was found on his person. The male was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for domestic violence and possession of narcotics. He was issued a prohibition order prior to booking. The victim refused an EPO.

An officer contacted a truant juvenile male at the station. The mother responded to take custody of the juvenile, but instead hit him in the face in front of the officer, causing his nose to bleed. The officer took the mother into custody for willful injury to a child. The juvenile was treated at the scene and eventually released to another family member. The mother was transported via ambulance to the hospital to be cleared for a prior medical condition. Once cleared, she will be issued a prohibition order and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the child abuse charge. CPS was notified of the case.

A male called to report that his girlfriend was creating a disturbance at the station and had wrapped a phone cord around her own neck in an attempt to harm herself. Officers arrived and contacted both parties. The female suspect had hit her boyfriend in the arm and was found to have a $20,000 warrant for her arrest. She was also in need of psychiatric evaluation, so she was issued a prohibition order before being transported via ambulance to John George Pavilion for evaluation with a criminal hold for the warrant and domestic violence charge. She will be issued a prohibition order and transported to be booked once she is cleared of the psychiatric hold. The male victim was not injured and declined medical attention.

A female victim reported that her former boyfriend had robbed her of her purse in the parking lot of the station. The suspect pointed a handgun at the victim and tried to force her to get into his car, but she resisted. In the struggle, the suspect choked the victim, who bit the suspect's arm and pulled free. Bystanders intervened and the suspect drove off. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect or his vehicle in the area. The victim was transported to Highland Hospital for treatment. Possible addresses for the suspect were found in Hayward and Walnut Creek. Those agencies were notified and provided with the suspect's name and vehicle description. Investigation continues. TSOC notified.

CHP transferred a 911 call from a male victim who said that his girlfriend was battering him and vandalizing his vehicle at the station. The female suspect had vandalized the interior and exterior of the car using a knife which she had grabbed from the center console. During the altercation the female also made verbal threats to the boyfriend. Alameda County Sheriff Deputies responded and detained the female suspect on the platform. BART Officers arrived and arrested the female suspect for domestic violence, vandalism, possession of the switchblade, and for making threats. She was booked at the Santa Rita Jail. The Sergeant responded to the scene.

Patrons reported a male striking a female on a train holding at the station. Officers responded and contacted the male suspect, the female victim (girlfriend of the suspect) and witnesses. The victim did not want to cooperate with the investigation and had no visible injuries, but witnesses identified the male suspect and gave statements to the officers that the male had battered the female. The victim refused medical aid and/or an emergency protective order. She was offered domestic violence reference material. The suspect was issued a prohibition order before being booked into the Redwood City Jail for domestic violence. The incident resulted in a 25 minute train delay.

A pregnant female victim reported that her boyfriend pushed her into a wall 3-4 times and left the area on a train. Officers contacted the female and determined that she had minor scrapes on her elbows as a result of the battery. Trains and the surrounding area were checked for the suspect, but he was not located. The victim provided the suspect's identity and said that she is pregnant with his child. The victim refused medical attention and an emergency protective order, but was provided domestic violence information. Station video will be requested. Photos were taken of the victim's injuries and the case will be forwarded to investigations for criminal charging.

During his investigation, the officer learned that the couple had just ended a dating relationship, and that the female earlier kicked the male in the groin. Shortly after learning this information, the officer placed the female under arrest for domestic violence; a sergeant approved the arrest. The male, who claimed no injury and refused medical attention, refused to pursue a criminal complaint against the female. The officer then booked the female into the county jail for domestic violence; she will be issued a prohibition order.

Upon contact by the officer, the male victim was uncooperative, despite having visible scratches on his face. The female suspect attempted to leave the area on foot, but was detained by a sergeant. The investigation revealed that the female was the aggressor. The suspect was placed under arrest for domestic battery, despite the victim being uncooperative. The victim declined any medical attention and also declined an emergency protective order. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for domestic violence.

A female victim reported that at about 1400 hours today, she was the victim of a domestic battery. She told officers that she had obtained a Temporary Restraining Order against her boyfriend, but that the order had not been served. She chose to meet with her boyfriend in the city of El Cerrito in order to attempt a reconciliation. The couple got into an argument as they walked toward BART. The boyfriend grabbed her arm and pulled her onto a train, which the couple rode to MacArthur Station. They got off the train there and continued their argument. The suspect pushed the victim twice. A relative of the victim arrived at the station and the victim left with the relative. The suspect left without further incident. The victim was not injured. The case will be forwarded to detectives for follow-up.
