Officers responded to the MacArthur Station on a report by the station agent of a male screaming at his girlfriend near the bus zone. A warrant check on the male revealed an active protective order against him by the female. The male was placed under arrest for violating the court order, and was booked at the Glen Dyer Jail. 1109-0455 L12.
A patron reported that a man was hitting a woman on the platform. The male suspect fled before officers arrived. The involved parties have been dating and have a child together. The female victim has a restraining order against the suspect. She sustained a swollen lip and scratches on her arm. The suspect was later located by an officer at a local hospital on information from Richmond police, and arrested for spousal battery/infliction of corporal injury. The suspect was interviewed by a sergeant, then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Officers responded to the station on a report of a male suspect who hit a female in the face near the station agent’s booth. The suspect also forcefully grabbed and took possession of the female’s cell phone to prevent her from calling police. The suspect then fled on foot, away from the station. Officers responded to the call and detained the male suspect a block away from the station. The victim positively identified the suspect and stated they have a child together. The male suspect was arrested for DV battery and robbery, and booked at the Glenn Dyer jail facility.
Officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute in the passenger pick-up zone of the station between a male and a female. Apparently, the male was trying to exit the female’s vehicle with his belongings, but she refused to let him take them. While attempting to remove his property from the vehicle, the female kicked the male in the head several times. The male refused medical attention. The female was arrested for domestic violence and is to be booked at SF City jail.
