Multiple citizens alerted officers of a disturbance occurring in the parking lot between a male and female. Officers detained both subjects. Further investigation revealed that there was a physical altercation between the parties and the female (Mylah Gulley,24 years old,Vallejo) was the aggressor. Gulley was arrested for domestic violence and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.

A taxi cab driver witnessed a male and a female involved in a verbal argument which escalated into a physical altercation. The male suspect appeared to be the aggressor. The first officer on scene detained the suspect (Johnson, Tiontee 6/21/79, Concord) without incident. The subsequent investigation revealed that the male and female were involved in a dating relationship. During the argument, the male grabbed the victim around her neck according to the witness. The victim had redness to her neck area, but declined any medical attention. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Martinez Jail for domestic violence. The suspect was also issued a prohibition order.

Officers arrested a male suspect for battering his girlfriend. When officers attempted to identify the suspect, he provided what was determined to be false identification; his identity was located and he was found to be on active probation. Then, as officers prepared to transport the suspect to jail, the victim became so upset with her boyfriend’s impending booking that she broke several station (wall) tiles. Officers used force to detain the victim in handcuffs for vandalism, and she was eventually released with a citation for the crime. The male suspect was then issued a prohibition order and booked into the county jail for domestic battery, providing false identification to police and for violating probation. A sergeant responded to perform the use of force investigation.

The officer tried to intercede, but the female continued grabbing onto the male and had to be placed in a control hold. She resisted arrest, but was eventually handcuffed. The male, who was not injured, was determined to be her boyfriend. SFPD was unable to respond, so the female was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for domestic battery and resisting arrest. The male refused an emergency protective order. A sergeant responded to approve the arrest and to conduct a use of force investigation.

During their investigation, in addition to confirming the two had battered one another, officers learned the suspects were dating one another and that their four-year-old child had been pushed to the ground during the fight. Officers placed both suspects under arrest for domestic battery and child endangerment. Both were booked into the county jail and issued prohibition orders. The child was treated at the scene for a potential head injury, and then released to a Child Protective Services representative.

A female victim called to report that her boyfriend punched, kicked and choked her at the station. While she was on the phone making the report, the suspect returned and battered her again. Responding officers were able to locate a witness, but the victim and suspect were gone. Dispatch had been able to obtain the suspect vehicle license plate via camera. After checking the address of the registered owner, officers located the car and saw the suspect drive the car. An enforcement stop was conducted and the suspect was taken into custody. He was found to be in possession of the victim's cell phone and purse. The victim was later located and transported to be interviewed and medically treated for her injuries. Detectives responded to conduct the interviews/investigation. Once completed, the suspect will be issued a prohibition order, medically cleared and booked into the Santa Rita Jail. He will also be served with an emergency protective order to stay away from the victim.
