Victim had his black and white Schwinn 7 speed mountain bicycle, unknown model or serial numbers, taken from the bike racks between 0900 and 1900 hours. The bike was locked with a U-lock and a chain lock.
Officers conducted a probation search at the residence of the person arrested for burglary and bicycle theft earlier today. They located seven bicycle frames inside the residence, which were seized as evidence. The inviestigation continues.
Suspect was seen by the Station Agent using tools to defeat the lock to a bicycle. Suspect was seen taking a bicycle and boarding a Daly City bound train. He was seen off-boarding the train, via camera in dispatch, at the Balboa Park Station. Suspect fare evaded to exit with a bicycle. He was detained by officers. He had an outstanding fare evasion warrant and is on probation. The suspect was positively identified by the Station Agent as the bicycle thief and arrested for the warrant.
Victim reported his Specialized Hard Comp bicycle had been stolen. The bicycle had been locked in the north/west bicycle racks using a cable lock system at 0740 hours. Upon his return at 1900 hours the bicycle and lock were gone.

The victim parked and secured his bike about 0740 hours with a cable lock. Upon returning about 1900 hours the bike was missing. There are no known suspect(s) at this time.

The victim parked and secured his bike about 0610 hours with a cable lock. Upon returning about 1745 hours the bike was missing. The cable was cut. There are no known suspect(s) at this time.

A woman reported that her Schwinn men’s bicycle and a cable-bicycle lock had been stolen from the bike racks at the north end of the station. The theft occurred between 1830 hrs. yesterday and 1535 hrs. today.
A victim reported that his red Specialized Expedition 21 speed mountain bike, valued at $600, was taken from the south bike rack between 0930 and 1730 hours. A combination lock and chain were used to secure the bike. The serial numbers were entered into APS.
A patron reported the theft of his red, Ultra brand men's 15 speed bike. He locked it to the bike racks with a "U" type lock on 5/23 at 1930 hours and when he returned at 0820 hours on 5/24, the bike and lock were gone.

An officer contacted a woman who reported her gray, Marin 18-speed bicycle was missing from the Daly City Station bike rack. She locked her bike approximately 0615 hours, and returned 1530 hours to find it missing. 1205-2876 L21.
A woman reported that her Navaro 21-speed woman’s bicycle had been stolen today between 0800-1900 hrs. The bike had been secured near the 7th St. station-building entrance with two U locks and one cable lock. The thief left the severed cable lock, the front bicycle wheel, and a U lock that was attached to the front bicycle wheel, behind.
A woman reported that her Marin Olema 7-speed men’s bicycle had been stolen today between 1500-1830 hrs. The bike had been secured to the secondary-end bike racks with two thin cable locks, which were also stolen.
A station agent witnessed three males trying to cut the lock off a bicycle at the bike racks. One male was trying to cut a lock while concealing himself with a jacket, and the other males were acting as look outs. Officers responded to the scene and detained a male who was in possession of bolt cutters. The suspect was positively identified by witnesses as the person using the bolt cutters to steal a bicycle. The other suspects were identified and released at the scene. The detained suspect was arrested for attempt petty theft, petty theft with a prior conviction, and possession of burglary tools.
The victim reported the theft of their men's Iro brand single speed bike, blk in color, with a silver front rim and a black rear rim. The theft occurred between 0830 hours on 5/18/12 and 1030 hours on 5/19/12. The victim secured their bike to the bike rack with two U-locks. The victim could not provide a serial number and estimated the bike at $500. Video was requested.
A patron reported the theft of his men's 21-speed mountain bike from the bike racks. He secured the bike with a cable lock on 5/17 at 1700 hours. When he returned on 5/18 at 0700 hours, the bike and lock were gone.
A patron reported his $325.00 black and silver 2011 21 speed 17” frame Specialized Crosstrail mountain bicycle was stolen while it was parked and locked at the bike rack between 1000-1530 hours. The bike was secured with a cable lock.
A patron reported the theft of her men's 24-speed Giant bicycle. She locked it to the bike racks with a cable lock at 0930 and when she returned at 1058 hours, the bike was gone, but the cut cable was left behind.
A patron reported the theft of her blue, men's mountain bike ($100 value). She parked and locked it to the bike racks with a U-lock on 5/15 at 1900 hours. When she returned at 0200 hours on 5/16, the bike was gone. The U-lock was still attached to the bike rack and seemed to be undisturbed. It is possible it was not properly locked when the victim left it.
