The victim reported the theft of their bike, a $100.00 blue Gravity bike. The bike was secured with a cable lock on 2/26/18 at about 1100 hours, and the bike was missing upon their return on today's date at 1920 hours.
A patron reported they used a u-lock to secure their Panasonic Tourist Road Bike ($100) at about 0800 hours. Upon their return, at about 1950 hours, their bike was missing but their u-lock was still intact.

A victim reported the theft of two bikes: 1) Black men's Specialized Globe road bike ($600), 2) White men's Specialized Ruby road bike ($2000). Both bikes were secured with 1 Kryptonite U-Lock in the free area of the station. The owner discovered the bikes missing at about 2115 hours.
Victim reported the theft of his $1400 - 2013 blue Bianchi Imola men's 30 speed road bicycle frame with a red chain around the seat post. The bicycle was secured with u-locks on the front and rear wheels on 1/24/2018 at about 0500 hours. The wheels were not stolen.
Charity Sok (32 years old, Oakland) attempted to steal a Trek men's mountain bike from the bike racks at the Lake Merritt Station. Sok was arrested for attempted theft, possession of burglary tools and a probation violation. Sok was booked at the Glenn Dyer Jail.
Victim reported the theft of his $300 - 27 speed Diamond Back bicycle (gray and blue) stolen from the bike racks located in the paid area of the West Dublin Station. The bicycle was secured with a cable lock on 1/18/18 at about 1100 hours.

A victim reported the theft of their white Origin 8 fixed speed bike from the MacArthur Station. The victim used a u-lock to secure the bike to a bike rack on 11/22/17, at about 1745 hours and returned on 11/23/17, at about 0025 hours.
CSO on a holiday detail observed a male (Jorge Martinez, 34 years, Hayward) acting suspicious near the bike racks inside the East Dublin Station. Martinez took a bicycle and attempted to leave the station. He was stopped by an officer and was detained. Martinez was placed under arrest for theft and possession of burglary tools. He was booked into jail.
