Officers working the robbery suppression detail were flagged down by a person reporting two individuals trying to break into a vehicle parked in the rear parking lot at the station. Officers responded and located a male and a female attempting to break into the vehicle. Officers detained the two subjects and were able to determine the vehicle was stolen out of San Francisco. The subjects admitted they got locked out of the vehicle and admitted they were sleeping in the vehicle for at least 24 hours. A records check revealed a court order retraining the male from being around the female. Both subjects were booked into Alameda County jail.
A patron reported that an unknown suspect attempted to steal their 2006 GMC pickup, between 1200-1900 hours. The suspect forced the door lock to gain entry and attempted to defeat the ignition, without success.
A victim called in to report their vehicle, a 2006 GMC Yukon, was stolen from stall #1185 at the station. The victim parked their vehicle on 5/3/2017 at approximately 2100 hours and returned today to find it missing.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked at the station between 1030-1930 hours. The rear window was smashed to gain entry and a backpack containing makeup and a pink Taser were taken.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked at the station between 1610-1715 hours. The driver's window was smashed to gain entry and the interior was ransacked, but nothing was taken.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked at the station between 2000 hours on 4/28 and 1400 hours on 4/30. The driver's window was smashed to gain entry and a backpack containing a laptop computer was taken.
A victim reported a burglary to their vehicle while it was parked at the station in stall 569. The vehicle was parked at approximately 1930 hours and the owner returned at approximately 2210 hours to find the rear passenger side window to be smashed out. Loss was $100 in cash.
A victim called in to report a burglary to their vehicle while it was parked at the station. The vehicle was parked on 4/27/2017 at approximately 0800 hours and the owner returned on 4/29/2017 at approximately 2030 hours to find two windows smashed. Entry was made via the front passenger side window and rear driver’s side window smashes. Loss was two pairs of sunglasses valued at a total of $2100.
An officer located a vehicle with passenger side rear window smashed out on level two of the parking structure in stall 631. The victim later called in to report the burglary to their vehicle, a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero. The victim stated they parked and locked their vehicle at 0700 hours on 4/27/2017. The loss was a jump starter box valued at $80 and car jack valued at $40.
A victim reported the theft of their vehicle, a white 2006 Toyota Corolla, while it was parked at the station. The victim parked their vehicle at 1200 hours and returned at 1400 hours to find their vehicle missing.
