The victim was able to reach inside the vehicle and pull the keys out of the ignition. The suspect exited the vehicle and was last seen walking through the lot. The suspect was described as a Black female, 5’6, wearing a black hoodie and green bag with white stripes. Victim sustain a minor injury to his hand. Officers responded, searched the surrounding area, however the suspect was not located.

At times the victim tried to exit the elevator, but the suspect prevented her from exiting. The suspect left the area before officers arrived. The victim was not injured with only a complaint of pain to her face.
