A 19 yr. old male was beaten and stabbed in what appears to be a gang-related incident. The victim was followed from the parking lot to the bus stop by three males aging from 16 to 18 yrs. old. The three suspects shouted out their gang affiliation and assaulted the victim at the bus stop. The victim was beaten and stabbed in the back. The victim, who acknowledged that he too is a gang member, sustained multiple stab wounds, a punctured lung and head wounds, none of which were life-threatening. The suspects remain outstanding.
While closing the Richmond Station an intoxicated adult male patron shoved a BART Police Officer from behind into another BART Police Officer. After the suspect was taken into custody, he made several death threats to the officer. The suspect was booked for the battery, threats, and public intoxication. 0605-0931, S-26
Officers responded to a report of a man beating his two year old daughter in the women's restroom. Outraged patrons watched as the man dragged his daughter down the street and at one point bit the child on her arm. The father was taken into custody and the child turned over to juvenile protective services.
A Telephone Center employee, on a break in the street-level plaza, was pushed in the back into a wall. The suspect was arrested and booked for battery. The employee was not injured.
A female was grabbed and punched in the face by her ex-boyfriend as she exited the train. He has a previous history and conviction for domestic violence and was in violation of a restraining order. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. The suspect fled the area and was unable to be located.
4//21/06 2218 hrs. A male patron reported that he was punched in the head by an adult female in the bus zone. The station agent witnessed the assault. The suspect was located, arrested and booked on a charge of battery.
hrs. An adult male was assaulted and battered by another adult male passenger while on board a train. Responding officers searched stations/trains for the suspect without success. Victim required no medical.
A 23-year-old male was arrested for attempted murder after he grabbed another man and attempted to push him in front of a train. Several patrons intervened and subdued the suspect. The suspect was booked at the Berkeley Jail.
A passenger was struck in the face while on board a Daly City bound train approaching West Oakland Station. The suspect, described as an adult male, 18-22 yrs. of age, off-boarded at West Oakland Station and was able to leave the area prior to the arrival of responding officers.
Patrons onboard a Pittsburg train travelling through Concord reported that a male suspect was beating up a female patron. Upon arrival at the Pittsburg Station, the suspect was identified and arrested for a felony of Spousal Battery. Officers also issued an emergency protective order for the victim.
As a patron walked by a group of young men loitering in the station, one of them threw a hard plastic floor-sign/cone striking the victim in the back of the head. The victim was knocked to the ground, but not seriously injured. Officers located the suspect and released him with a citation.
A female patron advised she was assaulted in the parking lot as she was making her way to her car. The assailants, described as three female juveniles, allegedly struck and kicked the victim about her head, face and back. The victim indicated that she knows one of the suspects.

Officers responded to a report of a male hitting a female on the Decoto St. side of the station. Subsequent reports advised of a second party having kicked the victim. One of the suspects was described as a juvenile male wearing a puffy jacket. All parties left the station before officers arrived.
An escalator repair employee attempted to turn on the escalator that was being blocked by a transient. An argument ensued and the subject pushed the employee before leaving the area. No injuries. GOA/UTL.
A man attempted to get a female acquaintance to follow him off of a train by taking the woman's cell-phone. When the woman followed the man and got her phone back, the man punched the woman. The suspect was arrested for battery and outstanding warrants.
A dispute over a seat on a train spilled out onto the platform at Fruitvale station where the suspect punched the victim and attempted to throw the victim over a wall and down a flight of stairs. BART PD K9 officers, who were training at the station, responded and arrested the suspect. The suspect was booked for aggravated assault. The victim received minor injuries.
A teacher accompanying a group of students on a field trip was grabbed by the throat by an adult male who took exception to the students attempting to occupy seats around him. Suspect was gone on arrival of officers.
