An adult female victim reported at Lake Merritt station that while riding on a Richmond train a male suspect sat next to her and touched her private areas. Responding officers located the adult male suspect near the station. The victim positively identified her assailant. The suspect was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail in Oakland. 0609-0534 L21.
In a late-reported incident (occurred 9/3 1100 hrs.) a patron reported being punched in the face for no apparent reason by one of thee male teens who loitered about the Barrett lot station entrance. The victim sufferred a black eye.

Officers responded to a report of two males fighting on board a Colma train. Witnesses reported that the subjects began arguing over a bicycle blocking a seat, and the argument eventually led to fisticuffs. Both parties off-boarded and left prior to the arrival of officers.

When the victim said, "Excuse me", the suspect grabbed the victim by her hair and threw her to the ground. An adult male subject did not possess a ticket to exit. An off-duty BPD officer happened upon the victim of a stabbing at the intersection of E. 12th and 22nd Ave. in the city of Oakland. The victim, an adult male in his 30's, was stabbed in the abdomen by another adult male who fled west towards the railroad tracks. The officer rendered assistance to the victim until the arrival of paramedics and the Oakland Police.
In the bus zone, a group of 10-15 juvenile/young adult suspects surrounded a lone male victim, beat him unconscious, and stole his wallet. One suspect had attempted to steal a satchel from a deaf patron, then spat on the arresting officer. One suspect had a no-bail resist arrest warrant and the third suspect was drunk in public.
