A man was arrested for threatening patrons, trespassing onto the track way and throwing hard objects at vehicles while on the tracks. He will be booked after undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.
A station agent was flagged down by two women who reported a male (Black male wearing black clothing) was harassing them outside the station. As the agent approached the females, the suspect approached the agent from behind and sucker punched the agent, causing a 1 1/2" laceration on his right cheek. The agent was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Station video was requested, and the surrounding buildings were checked for possible additional video evidence.
Angel Willis (28, San Francisco) was arrested for assault on an officer, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest. Willis was booked into the Santa Rita Jail and also issued a prohibition order.
A male, Anthony JONES (46 years old, San Francisco), was taken into custody for 243(e)(1) PC. JONES was booked into Contra Costa County jail for his violation.
Officers contacted an adult male who had just been stabbed while on a Warm Springs bound train. The victim sustained a minor wound to his thumb and was transported to a hospital.
Antonio Sandoval (46 years old, Hayward) was arrested for 245 (a) (1) P.C. at the Dublin/Pleasanton Station. Sandoval was issued a prohibition order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Timothy Nagel (39, San Francisco) was arrested for misappropriation of property, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. Nagel was also issued a prohibition order and booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
A male victim stated he was stabbed in the parking lot at the station. The victim was transported to Valley Medical Care Hospital in San Jose with minor wounds to his chest and buttocks. The investigation is on-going.
A person was placed under arrest for illegal use of a fire extinguisher and battery, and was issued a BART prohibition order. The person will be booked after release from the John George Facility for a psychiatric evaluation.
Lisa Woods (38, Fairfield) was arrested for assault with a weapon, probation violation, and violation of a stay away order from all BART stations. She was also issued a prohibition order.
Following an altercation on a train, two victims sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries. One victim sustained a laceration to the face and the other a laceration to the bicep. The suspect fled the scene. The investigation is on-going.
Davinder Kumar (36, Newark) was arrested for assault with a deadly and a probation violation. He was also issued a prohibition order before being booked into the Santa Rita Jail. TSOC notified.
Chad Estis (35, Berkeley) was arrested for battery, violation of a prohibition order and violation of a court order. He was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
A adult male was arrested for 243.35 P.C. at the West Oakland Station. The adult male was placed on a psychiatric hold and transported to a local hospital. Once medically cleared the adult male, who was issued a prohibition order, will be booked at the Alameda County Jail.
Olga Rodriguez (54, San Francisco) was placed under arrest for assault with a weapon and public intoxication, and was issued a BART prohibition order.
Officers were flagged down at the station regarding a male subject on the platform with a knife. While the officers were responding, multiple calls into dispatch reporting a stabbing. Officers arrived on the platform and found two females suffering from stab wounds. Officers immediately began rendering aid to the victims until the arrival of paramedics. One of the females succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead on scene. The second female was transported to the hospital.
