Witnesses on board a train reported a male masturbating and touching a female patron on the leg. Officers detained the man (Gabriel RAO, 43, Pittsburg) and ultimately arrested him for indecent exposure, sexual battery and possession of suspected methamphetamine. Rao was issued a prohibition order and was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

Record checks showed that Scott was on probation for lewd acts. Scott was arrested for indecent exposure and probation violation. Scott made statements that required he be evaluated for mental health. Scott was transported to John George Pavilion for evaluation and will be booked once medically cleared.

Officers responded to investigate a report of a male subject masturbating on platform #2 at the West Oakland Station. After a brief struggle the male subject was detained. No one came forward to press charges against the subject. It was determined that the subject was in need of a mental health evaluation. The subject was placed on a psychiatric detention. The subject was transported to a local hospital. Upon being medically cleared the subject will be issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the County Jail for resisting arrest.

An off-duty East Bay Regional Parks PD officer witnessed the theft and detained the suspect (Jimmy CLARK, 65, Transient) until BART officers arrived. Record checks showed that Clark had two outstanding arrest warrants: $5,000 for fraud, held by ACSO, and $1,000 for larceny, held by the Marin County SO. Clark was arrested for theft from a person and his warrants, and was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
