A victim reported that on 10/23 at 1855 hours, a female suspect approached her on the platform and asked to use her cell phone. When the victim declined, the suspect (BF, 18-25, 5'5") attempted to grab the phone from her hand. The victim was able to hold onto the phone, so the suspect began punching her 6-7 times in the head and face. The suspect then fled out of the station, but was not able to get the phone. The victim did not seek medical attention and reported the crime the next day. Station video will be requested.
A victim reported the theft of their gray (unknown name brand) 21-speed women’s mountain bicycle, valued at $100.00, while it was cable locked at the station between 0900 and 1916 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A patron reported by phone that their white 2016 Honda Civic was burglarized while parked in stall #1031, on the 4th level of the parking structure, between 1000-1530 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the driver's window to gain entry and ransacked the interior. The owner could not establish any loss.
A victim reported that a male suspect (BM, 50-55, 6', khaki clothing) took his cell phone from his hand and fled out of the station. The suspect and phone were not located. The victim was not injured. Station video will be requested.
The station agent reported that a male suspect evaded fare to enter the station. Officers responded and detained the man. The station agent made a citizens arrest of the man for fare evasion. Record checks showed that the man had an outstanding $5,000 arrest warrant for DUI and possession of stolen property, held by SFPD. The man was cited for fare evasion and was booked at Santa Rita Jail for his warrant.
A female patron was walking along the foot path on the Pleasanton side of the station when she was approached by a male suspect who brandished a handgun and demanded the victim's purse. The suspect fled with the loss towards Stoneridge Mall. An area search was conducted, but the suspect was not located. Local police agencies were notified as well as Stoneridge security. The suspect was described as a White Male, approximately 20 years old, wearing a black ball cap with red writing, a black hoodie and blue jeans.
A victim reported their Unknown brand/model bike (unknown serial numbers) was stolen from the West Dublin Station, between 1400-2125 hours. The bike was secured to the bike rack with a chain lock.
A victim reported the theft of his 1980's Nishiki men's fixed gear road bike, valued at $200.00. The victim parked his bike on 2/23/16, at 1130 hours. He secured the bike to the bike rack using a cable lock, valued at $20.00. He returned to the station on 2/24/16, at 0000 hours and discovered his bike was stolen.
A victim reported that their gold-colored 2006 Mercedes Benz ML was burglarized while parked in stall 141, between 0730 and 1845 hours. The vehicle’s front passenger door’s wing window was smashed to gain entry and a $1700.00 Louis Vuitton women’s brown leather purse, containing Chanel brand sunglasses and a silver bracelet, was taken. The investigating officer made telephone contact with the victim and completed a report.

A victim reported that their white 2001 GMC Suburban was burglarized while parked in the 3rd level of the station’s parking structure, stall 374, between 1030 and 1729 hours. The vehicle’s driver’s door window was smashed to gain entry. A Bose brand in-dash DVD/CD player, valued at $879.00, was taken during the burglary. An officer responded, processed the vehicle for fingerprints and completed a report.
A victim reported the theft of their red Trek 6000 hybrid bike, valued at $1000.00, while it was cable locked at the station between 0645 and 1900 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A victim called to report the theft of their green Hybrid 26" mountain bike from the bike racks. The bike was secured with a cable lock on 12/10 at 1545 hours and when the victim returned at 2245 hours, the bike and lock were gone.
Officers responded to an apparent domestic violence incident in the parking structure. The female victim remained in the garage, while the male suspect entered the station. The suspect was detained inside the station. The victim denied that any battery occurred, and had no visible injuries. The suspect admitted that he pushed the victim to the ground. Officers determined that the suspect and victim were in a dating relationship. The male was arrested for domestic violence, issued a prohibition order, and was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
A victim reported the theft of their 2003 Honda Odyssey’s catalytic converter while the vehicle was parked on the 5th level of the parking structure, stall 1107, between 0715 and 1500 hours. A community service officer responded and completed a report.
A victim reported that they locked their black mountain bicycle at the station on 11/6/15 at 1910 hours. The bicycle was secured with cable lock. The victim returned today at 0930 hours to find their bicycle gone.
An officer responded to a BART property near the station on the report of two subjects setting up what appeared be a tent. One of the subjects was described as a White male wearing a black sweatshirt and a brown T-shirt. No description of the second subject was provided. On arriving at the property, the officer contacted the lone white male who matched the earlier reported description. The officer performed a criminal history check of the subject and learned he was not in compliance with his sex registrant status. The officer placed the subject under arrest for the violation, and a sergeant approved the arrest. The subject was then booked into the county jail.
A patron reported that their white 1996 Acura Integra was stolen from the third level of the parking structure on the Dublin side, between 9/26/15 at 0830 hours to today at 2030 hours.
Officers responded to a report of two females breaking into a Jeep at the top of the parking structure. A victim caught two females inside her car and stated she could identify the suspects. The female suspects fled before officers arrived. Two females (one a juvenile) that matched the description as given by the victim were detained near the station. A records check showed the female juvenile had a no bail warrant issued by the Alameda County Juvenile Court. The adult female was in possession of burglary tools (shaved keys) and was tied to a stolen vehicle that was parked near by. The victim responded but was not able to identify the two females as the suspects that were inside her vehicle. The adult suspect gave a statement to the investigating officer and she was placed under arrest for possession of burglary tools and possession of a stolen vehicle. The adult female was booked at Santa Rite Jail. The juvenile female was booked at the Alameda Juvenile Hall (Case #1509-3854). The jeep was not damaged and investigating officers believe a "cut" key was used to enter Jeep. Officers checked the top of the structure for victim vehicles and no additional vehicles were located. The recovered stolen vehicle was processed for prints.
A victim reported the theft of their silver Mongoose mountain bike (no serial numbers) while parked at the East Dublin/Pleasanton Station, between 0755-1900 hours. The bike was parked in the free area and secured with a cable lock to the bike racks in the bus zone.
A patron reported by phone that their blue and silver Diamondback Calico hybrid bike was stolen from the racks in the paid area, between 8/19/15 at 0835 hours, to 8/20/15 at 2000 hours. The victim secured the bike with a cable lock.
