A male victim stated he was stabbed in the parking lot at the station. The victim was transported to Valley Medical Care Hospital in San Jose with minor wounds to his chest and buttocks. The investigation is on-going.
A hard object was thrown at a train approaching the Warm Springs Station which caused a window to shatter. There were no injuries, and the train was taken out of service.
The victim's gold colored mountain bike (unknown brand) was stolen sometime between the hours of 1825 on 3/26 and 0600, today's date. The bike was secured with a U-Lock.
A deceased body was located along the tracks near the station. BART Police and the Alameda County Coroner responded to investigate the cause of death.
A victim reported he was in his vehicle in the parking lot when a woman approached and forcibly pulled him out of the vehicle, entered the vehicle and tried to drive away. The victim was able to reach inside the vehicle and pull the keys out of the ignition. The suspect exited the vehicle and was last seen walking through the lot. The suspect was described as a Black female, 5’6, wearing a black hoodie and green bag with white stripes. Victim sustain a minor injury to his hand. Officers responded, searched the surrounding area, however the suspect was not located.
Preston Miller (50, Oakland) was arrested for lodging in a vehicle without permission from the vehicle's owner.
The on duty Station Agent reported a male lying in the brush appearing to not be breathing. County Fire arrived on scene and pronounced the black adult male, 50's deceased. Officers on scene did not observe any obvious signs of criminal activity related to this incident.
An adult male (Jose Chavez, 31 years, Oakland) was arrested for two $5,000 warrants for vandalism and domestic violence. He was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrants.
An officer detained Gilad Talmor (44 years old, San Francisco) for fare evasion. He was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
A male (Michael SAWYER, 53, Castro Valley) tampered with the sprinkler head in the station restroom, causing the sprinkler to activate. Responding officers contacted Sawyer, who behaved erratically and resisted being detained. Sawyer was taken into custody after a struggle. One officer was injured. Sawyer was transported to Washington Hospital for psychological evaluation, with a criminal hold for tampering with fire equipment, vandalism, resisting arrest, failure to register as a sex offender, parole violation, and possession narcotics paraphernalia.
Uelian Deabadia (41 years old, San Francisco) was involved in a dispute with the station agent at the Warm Springs Station. She became upset and spat in the station agent's face. Deabadia was placed under citizens arrest for battery. She was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
A male subject, Hector Cardosa (21 years old, San Pablo), was reported to be intoxicated on the platform at the station. The responding officers found Cardosa under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself, so he was taken into custody. A records check revealed Cardosa to have two outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrants. Cardosa was booked into Santa Rita jail for 647(f) PC and his two outstanding warrants.
A female (Uelian Abadia, 41 years, San Francisco) fare evaded into the Warm Springs Station and was detained by officers. A records check showed two arrest warrants totaling 20,000. Abadia was booked into jail on the warrants. 1709-1802 l22
A victim reported that their 2010 Mercedes E350 was burglarized while it was parked in stall 299 at the Warm Springs Station. The burglary occurred on 8/28/17 between 0840 hours and 1930 hours. It is unknown how entry was made. The loss was fifty dollars ($50) in cash.
A station agent reported a male who fare evaded into the station. Officers contacted him on the platform and issued him a citation for fare evasion. The male left the area, but later returned, demanding to ride for free. The male (Raymoin Shaw, 27 years old, San Francisco) tried to push past officers to fare evade back into the system and had to be physically restrained. During the struggle, the male sustained a minor injury to his lip. He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being booked into the Santa Rita Jail for trespassing and resisting arrest.
An officer contacted an adult male for fare evasion and discovered that he had a no bail warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. The male was cited for the fare evasion violation and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.

Officers contacted a subject, Kelby Walker (26 years, Oakland), who refused to leave the station when it was closed after revenue service ended. When the officers attempted to take Walker into custody, he physically resisted them. Walker was eventually taken into custody and booked into jail at the Fremont Police Department. 1707-1472 L15.
While performing a welfare check of an adult male, an officer determined the male was in possession of suspected Heroin, in addition to discovering an outstanding $5K theft warrant for his arrest. The officer placed the male under arrest for the narcotic violation and the warrant; and then booked him into the county jail.
