A female suspect (Amanda TESCHLER, 31, South San Francisco) was creating a disturbance on board a train. Officers detained her, and discovered that she had an outstanding $15,000 arrest warrant for vandalism, held by Albany PD. Teschler was arrested on her warrant and was booked at the San Mateo County Jail.
Officers responded to the San Bruno Station for a report of a male (Eddie live, 1/27/88) who was injured and bleeding profusely. Live was transported to a local hospital and the case is under investigation. The station was closed for a short time so the affected area could be cleaned.
Officers contacted a subject at the San Bruno Station regarding his involvement in a disturbance. A wants/warrants check revealed an active stay away order. The officers placed the male under arrest for violating the order and booked him at the Redwood City Jail. 1708- L24
A female victim reported that she was robbed in the bus zone, about 1830 hours. A male suspect with a box cutter took her backpack and fled on foot. The victim suffered a minor cut to her hand and refused medical attention.
A train operator reported a person under the train at the station. Officers responded and located a male under the train. The male was conscious and responsive. The train was uncoupled and fire personnel treated the male before removing him from the track way. The male was transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries. ID techs responded to process the scene before releasing it back to Operations at 0205 hours. Statements were being taken from the injured person and the train operator.
A victim reported the theft of their blue unknown brand bike (victim could not provide any other information about the bike) from the bike racks between 0700 hours on 3/23 and 0156 hours on 3/24. The bike was secured with a U-lock.
A cleaning crew reported a female blocking the stairwell in the parking structure. An officer responded and requested medical respond for the female, who was unresponsive. Medical staff arrived and declared her deceased at 0110 hours. There were no obvious signs of foul play. It appeared as though the female had been sleeping under the stairwell. Notifications were made (including the on-call detective) and an ID tech responded along with the San Mateo Coroner's Office.
