An unconscious male was located near the station by a community service officer. The male was unresponsive and had shallow breathing. An officer arrived and administered two doses of NARCAN. The male was taken to Seton hospital for further evaluation.

Rashad Anderson, (11/16/94, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into the Redwood City Jail for 314.1PC. Anderson was also issued a Prohibition Order. Anderson did not have proof of payment.
