A victim reported the theft of their white Honda Accord while it was parked at the station between 2000 and 2300 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
BART Police officers responded to the station regarding the victim of a stabbing in the bus zone area. San Leandro Police officers and firefighters arrived at the station first, and located the adult male victim on a bus bench suffering from stab wounds to his upper body, but conscious and breathing. The victim was transported to a local hospital, while an adult male suspect was detained on a city street southeast of the station. Patrol officers located and interviewed several witnesses. BART Police detectives and crime scene technicians responded to assist with the investigation. A/C Transit bus and station video was requested. TSOC notified.
A patron reported that their red 1993 Honda Civic was stolen from the lot, between 1255-0010 hours.
A male victim reported that a male suspect snatched his MacBook laptop computer and ran from the station. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans. The suspect fled toward Davis Street and witnesses reported that he got into a vehicle driven by someone else, which then left the area. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect in the area. The victim was not injured.
5/3/16, 16 2002 hours A train operator reported two suspects were breaking into a white Chrysler 300 at the San Leandro Station. Officers responded and found the vehicle's window smashed. The suspects had fled from the station
A victim reported the theft of her LG Cell phone from the San Leandro Station, at approximately 0935 hours.
An officer discovered a vehicle in the lot with a smashed driver's window. The vehicle had been ransacked as well. The owner returned to the vehicle and reported that the crime happened between 1700 hours on 4/28 and 0458 hours on 4/29. Nothing was missing from the vehicle and the owner declined to have it processed.
A victim reported the theft of their black 1994 Honda Accord. The vehicle was taken between 1700 hours on 4/24 and 1800 hours on 4/25.
A victim reported the theft of their orange 2003 Ford F350 truck while it was parked at the station between 0550 hours on 4/18/16 and 0100 hours on 4/19/16. An officer responded and completed a report.
A male called to report that his girlfriend was creating a disturbance at the station and had wrapped a phone cord around her own neck in an attempt to harm herself. Officers arrived and contacted both parties. The female suspect had hit her boyfriend in the arm and was found to have a $20,000 warrant for her arrest. She was also in need of psychiatric evaluation, so she was issued a prohibition order before being transported via ambulance to John George Pavilion for evaluation with a criminal hold for the warrant and domestic violence charge. She will be issued a prohibition order and transported to be booked once she is cleared of the psychiatric hold. The male victim was not injured and declined medical attention.
A victim reported that their black 2014 Honda Accord was burglarized while parked at the station, stall 629, between 1800 hours on 4-1-16 and 2000 hours on 4-2-16. The vehicle’s left rear passenger window was smashed to gain entry and an iPod was taken. An officer responded, fingerprinted the vehicle and completed a report.
An officer investigated the burglary of a gray 2001 Acura MDX. The vehicle’s left rear passenger window was smashed to gain entry. The officer will await a call back from the victim.
A BART Station agent lost BART keys on 3-25-16 hours between 1600-1700 hours somewhere at the SLS. When they could not be located, the employee was instructed to contact the BPD for the report. TSOC was notified #TSA-04-09007-16.
Officers responded to a report of a battery that occurred at the San Leandro Station. Upon arrival officers learned that a female victim was punched twice in the face by an African American female who was in the company with another African American Female, and two African American male juveniles; one of whom took her cell phone which did not have tracking ability. The incident reportedly occurred on a Fremont bound train as it was rolling into the station. The loss was an Iphone. Medical was summoned for the victim who sustained minor injuries. Train and station video were requested.
An officer conducted a welfare check on a female who had been locked in the bathroom for a long period of time. It was determined that the female had a $30,000 warrant for possession of marijuana for sales and providing false identifying information. She was booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the warrant.
Officers responded to a battery at the San Leandro Station. Officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest. The male was booked for battery, violation of probation and was issued a prohibition order.

A victim reported the theft of their tan 1994 Honda Accord while the vehicle was parked at the station between 1400 hours on 2/4/16 and 0200 hours on 2/5/16. An officer responded and completed a report.
A victim reported that their (rented) maroon colored Hyundai Elantra was burglarized, via left rear passenger door window smash, while parked in stall 830, between 1500 hours on 2/2/16 and 0530 hours on 2/5/16. While the vehicle’s interior was ransacked, the victim reported no items were taken. The vehicle was not processed for fingerprints as the victim had to leave. The investigating officer completed a report.
A victim reported that their 2012 Nissan X-Terra was burglarized while parked in stall #569, between 0816 and 1815 hours. The vehicle’s front passenger window was smashed to gain entry and multiple items of clothing and a pair of Ray Ban brand sunglasses were stolen. An officer made telephone contact with the victim and completed a report.

A victim reported the theft of their green 1996 Honda Civic while it was parked in stall 368, between 0740 to 1800 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A patron reported that their black 1996 Honda Accord was stolen from stall #720, between 1430-2153 hours.
A taxi driver reported that another taxi driver had brandished a knife at him during a dispute over picking up a fare. The suspect became angry when a regular patron jumped the taxi queue to select the victim's cab, instead of taking the suspect's cab, which was first in line. The suspect threatened to harm the victim, but responding officers determined that the suspect never brandished a knife. The victim made a citizen's arrest of the suspect for criminal threats and the suspect was cited, issued a prohibition order and was released.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked in the lot between 1310-1645 hours. The driver's window was smashed to gain entry and stereo equipment was taken.
