Four female victims were on the platform at the Richmond Station when they were approached by a male suspect who made sexual advances towards them. The victims refused his advances and the suspect brandished a knife and made threats to harm them. The suspect was located and identified at the Embarcadero Station. The suspect was arrested for brandishing a weapon and making criminal threats. There were no injuries.

An adult male suspect (BM, 6'2", flat top hair, white t-shirt, black jacket and white pants) became involved in a verbal dispute with an adult male victim at the station and punched him, knocking him to the ground. The suspect then kicked the victim multiple times, resulting in injuries to the victim. The suspect fled on foot and was not located. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Station video will be requested.

Officers unsuccessfully searched for the suspect. The victim, who did not sustain any visible injuries, declined medical attention.

The suspect refused to cooperate and fled on foot. Officers gave chase and apprehended the suspect about three blocks from the station. The suspect was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for auto theft.

The on-duty station agent called in to report a male subject who had jumped into trackway two. The male subject walked into the Richmond Yard and boarded an out-of-service train. The out-of-service train was brought back into the station platform where the subject off boarded. The subject eventually exited the station where he was contacted by an officer. The subject became confrontational and the officer used de-escalation techniques to keep the subject under control while other officers were responding to assist. The subject was found to meet the criteria for an emergency psychiatric evaluation. The subject was transported to the hospital for evaluation. TSOC notified.

The on-duty station agent called in to report a subject who was attempting to cut a bicycle lock inside the station. Dispatchers located the male subject on closed circuit video camera. The subject was monitored by camera until the officers arrived. The subject attempted to flee the area upon the arrival of officers, but was detained on the Nevin Avenue walkway. The subject was taken into custody and a search incident to arrest yielded wire cutters and a methamphetamine pipe. The subject was booked into the Contra Costa County jail for his violations.

A male subject was reportedly breaking fire extinguishers and using fire hoses within the parking structure at the Richmond station parking structure. The subject was also reportedly throwing metal objects at vehicles. The subject was observed via CCTV spraying a fire hose and smashing a lighting fixture in the parking structure. Officers contacted the subject who was determined to meet the criteria for an emergency psychiatric hold pursuant to 5150 W&I. Three victim vehicles were located with windows smashed out and several damaged fire extinguishers. As the value of the damage was over $400, a criminal hold was placed on the subject and he will be booked once he is cleared from the hospital as he also sustained some lacerations on his arms.
