An adult male suspect followed his ex-girlfriend to the station and forcefully took her cell phone and cash from her hand. The male then fled on a train. Officers responded and checked the train, but were not able to locate the suspect. The victim was not injured. Investigation pending.
A patron reported that his wallet was snatched from his possession by a subject described as a black male in his mid-30's, 6'3" in height, thin, wearing a green and black flannel shirt and dark jeans. SFPD detained a suspect a few blocks away and a positive identification was made by the victim. The suspect was booked at City Jail.

Responding officers located the suspect and determined that he had outstanding warrants and a stay away order to keep him away from the Powell Street Station.
