Richard Haymon (11/10/56, Denver, CO) was contacted during a welfare check aboard a train at the Powell Street Station. A records check of Haymon, who did not have proof of payment, revealed an active, felony, no-bail warrant for Haymon's arrest. Haymon was arrested for 148.9(a) P.C. and the warrant and booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
Antoine Drummer (7/18/1999 San Francisco) was arrested for the listed charge and warrants from Alameda County Sheriff and San Bruno for 484(a) PC, 166(a)(4) PC and 11375 H&S with bail totaling $12,500. Drummer was booked into the San Francisco jail. Drummer did not have valid fare.
Giovanni Redmon (1/10/91, Fremont) was contacted for fare evasion. Redmon returned with a 10K warrant out of Oakland PD for 243(e)(1)PC, a 5K warrant for 242PC out of Fremont PD, and a 3K warrant out of Pleasant Hill PD for 242PC. He was booked into San Francisco County Jail.
Officers found a subject unconscious on the platform of the Powell St. Station. The subject appeared to be suffering from a possible overdose. Two doses of NARCAN were administered and he was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
