Officers located a male (Lance Laudenslager, 29 years, San Francisco) preparing to inject narcotics inside the Powell Street Station. Laudenslager was detained and a records check showed a 75K arrest warrant held by San Francisco. Laudenslager was booked on the warrant and the narcotics violation.
Officers stopped a male (Sky Lowe, 19 years) for fare evading into the Powell Street Station. Lowe resisted and fought with the officers. Force was used to place Lowe into handcuffs. Lowe was cited for fare evasion and was booked into jail for resisting arrest and for making criminal threats. In addition, he was issued a prohibition order.
Officers recognized a male suspect (Antonio HAYES, 52, San Francisco) in the station, who was known to have an active prohibition order. Hayes was arrested for violation of the order and was booked at the SF County Jail.
A victim reported that a male suspect (Black male, 15 years old, 5'6", heavy set, hair in twists, blue denim jacket, blue jeans) snatched her Iphone 6 plus from her hand while at the Powell Station. The suspect boarded a Daly City train. The victim followed the suspect and attempted to negotiate the return of the phone with negative results. The suspect exited the train at the Civic Center Station and fled on foot.

Officers on-viewed a male, Micheal Oseroff (30 years old), fare evade. Officers contacted Oseroff. A warrants check revealed Oseroff had a no bail felony warrant. Oseroff was booked into the San Francisco County Jail.
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious package left near the secondary end of the station. The item was examined and San Francisco Police Department EOD was requested to respond. Trains were held out of the station as the item was removed by EOD. The case is under investigation.
Officers responded to the station on the report of a male and female in an argument. The male, Kamarhee JOHNSON (21 years old, Vallejo), was found to be in violation of a restraining order prohibiting contact with the female.
