Albany Police arrested Daniel Huerta (29 years, Riverside) shortly after he stole a vehicle from the station and collided with parked vehicles in their City. BART Police took custody of Huerta for the theft and booked him into the county jail. Albany Police took control of the collision(s) investigation.
An adult female (Jane Doe) was detained for fare evasion and subsequently arrested for delaying and obstructing an officer as well as refusing to identify herself. She will be booked into the Martinez Jail.
Angel Willis (28 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for 243.3 P.C. at the El Cerrito Plaza Station. Willis was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Contra Costa County Jail.
Officers intercepted a train for a report of a male (Ronald Nalls, 37 years, Oakland) threatening patrons and challenging them to a fight. Nalls refused to cooperate and would not exit the train. A record check showed Nalls had a 45K arrest warrant. Force was used to remove Nalls from the train and handcuff him. He was booked into jail on the warrant.
A victim reported the theft of two bikes: 1) Black men's Specialized Globe road bike ($600), 2) White men's Specialized Ruby road bike ($2000). Both bikes were secured with 1 Kryptonite U-Lock in the free area of the station. The owner discovered the bikes missing at about 2115 hours.
Antoinae Austin (23 years old, Modesto) was arrested after she refused to off board a bus. Austin falsely identified herself, threatened officers, resisted arrest and vandalized a police vehicle.
Terry Horton (49 years old, Oakland) was contacted for suspicious activity. Horton was arrested for a probation violation (stay away from all BART Stations) and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers stopped a female (Desiree Nguyen, 24 years, Vallejo) who fare evaded through the emergency gate to exit. A records check showed two arrest warrants issued by Alameda County, totaling 12K. Nguyen was searched before booking and officers discovered she was in possession of narcotics. Nguyen was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
An officer detained a male subject for fare evasion. A wants check revealed that the subject (Hendrix, James, 62 years old, Oakland) was on probation and that a term of the probation was to stay away from all BART Stations. The subject was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for probation violation.
A male suspect detained by an officer for fare evasion was placed under arrest for an outstanding $25K burglary/theft warrant held by the San Francisco County Sherriff’s Office, and for violating a court order prohibiting his entry onto BART property. He was then booked into the county jail.
A male suspect detained for fare evasion by an officer was found to have (2) outstanding vandalism/battery warrants, totaling more than $92K in bail amount and held by other police agencies, for his arrest. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the county jail for the warrants.
The victim reported the theft of their black Dirt Hawk brand 22 speed electronic/rechargeable bicycle while it was parked and secured with a U and cable lock at the station between 0740 and 1230 hours on this date. A Community Service Officer took the report.
An officer responded to the station on a report of an intoxicated adult Black male, described as thin and wearing all black clothing. The officer located and detained the suspect and determined he was too intoxicated to care for himself. The officer placed the suspect under arrest for public intoxication. The suspect was booked at the Martinez Jail for public intoxication.
Officers responded to a report of a male smoking on the Richmond bound train. They detained the suspect and learned that he had an outstanding $2,500 arrest warrant for battery on transit property, held by BART PD. The man was arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
