Officers contacted a male (Deontae MARK, 19, Richmond) related to a disturbance in the station. Record checks showed that Mark had an outstanding no-bail arrest warrant for failing to comply with a juvenile court order, held by the Contra Costa County Sheriff. Mark was arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
Maureece Simpkins (19 years old, Antioch) climbed a gate and entered an employee parking lot at the Pittsburg Station. Simpkins stole a pair of headphones from an unsecured vehicle. Simpkins, who is on probation, was arrested for petty theft, trespassing and a probation violation. Simpkins was booked at the Martinez detention Facility.
A patron reported the theft of their briefcase while on a Pittsburg train. The victim placed the briefcase on the floor. As the train approached the Pittsburg Station the victim noticed his briefcase was gone. The briefcase contained a ring, a laptop, a pair of headphones, a camera, an Apple watch charger and miscellaneous books.
An officer on patrol saw a vehicle slowly driving through the parking lot of the Pittsburg Station. A male (Lucas Dunning, 24 years, Pittsburg) exited the vehicle, disappeared between two parked cars and returned to the vehicle with an object in his hands. The officer made an investigative traffic stop on the vehicle and discovered Dunning possessed property taken from the parked car. Dunning was placed under arrest for possession of stolen property. Follow-up revealed Dunning burglarized the parked car. Dunning was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
A female (Rachel Genochio, 36 years, San Francisco) cut a male on the forearm after an argument at the Pittsburg Station. Officers arrived and based on statements from the witnesses, placed Genochio under arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. Genochio was issued a prohibition order and was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. The male was treated at a nearby hospital for his injuries.
The victim reported their 04' Lincoln Navigator was burglarized on 9/10/17 about 1400 hours. Entry into the vehicle was via a window smashed and the interior of the vehicle was ransacked.
An officer detained the suspect (Lopez, Isai, 21 years old, Pittsburg) for fare evasion. A records check revealed an outstanding no bail warrant held by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. The suspect was placed under arrest for the warrant. The suspect was booked into the Martinez Jail on the warrant and issued a citation for fare evasion.
A male victim reported being battered at the Pittsburg Station. The suspect (Male Hispanic, 5'3", ripped jeans, baggy white t-shirt, white shoes and black backpack) fled the scene before officers arrived.
An officer conducting fare evasion enforcement contacted an adult male. The male (Lemell Armstrong, 29 years old, San Jose) had a $7,000 resisting arrest warrant. He was issued a citation for fare evasion and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant.
Victim reported the theft of her cellular telephone while walking through the parking lot at the station. The suspect was described as a black female, late teens to early 20's, wearing a dark colored shirt with a backpack. The suspect was last seen running towards Bailey Road and was not located by responding officers. 1708-2206 L15.
An officer contacted an adult male for fare evasion and discovered that he had two $10,000 warrants for public offenses. The male (Jonathan Franklin, 36 years old, Porterville) was issued a warning citation for fare evasion and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrants.
