A victim reported the theft of his black Giant 24" hybrid bike, valued at $690.00. The victim parked his bike at the racks next to bus stop #9 and secured the bike with a cable lock at 1105 hours. He returned at 2045 hours and discovered his bike was stolen. An officer completed a theft report.
A victim reported the theft of their green/black Schwinn men’s mountain bike, valued at $80, while it was cable locked and U-locked at the station between 0915 and 1800 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A victim reported that their vehicle was burglarized while parked in the parking structure between 0750-1000 hours. The rear window was smashed to gain entry, the interior was ransacked, but there was no loss.

A victim reported that their white 2005 Toyota Tundra was burglarized while parked on the top level of the parking structure, stall 2100, between 0800 and 1715 hours. An officer responded and determined the vehicle was entered by way of a right rear window smash. The victim reported that the vehicle’s ashtray and a flashlight were taken for a total monetary loss of $65. The officer unsuccessfully processed the vehicle for fingerprints, and completed a report.
A victim reported the theft of their green 2000 Honda CRV while parked on the third level of the of the structure, between 0600 and 0830 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A victim reported the theft of their red Schwinn mountain bike, valued at $300, while it was secured to the racks. An officer responded and completed a report.
A station agent called to report a male creating a disturbance in the station. An officer contacted the male and determined that he had a $5,000 warrant for misappropriation of lost property. The male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for the warrant. No one wished to make a complaint about the disturbance.
A victim reported the theft of their green K2 mountain bike while it was cable locked at the station between 1645 hours on 8/14/15 and 1400 hours on 8/15/15. An officer responded and completed a report.
A patron reported that their blue Diamondback 10-speed bike was stolen from the racks between 0800-190 hours. The victim secured the bike with a cable lock.

A patron to the agent reported that there was a vehicle in the structure that may have been burglarized. An officer responded and located a 2010 Ford Escape with its rear window smashed and interior ransacked. The officer processed the vehicle for fingerprints and left a note for the owner.
A victim reported his 2001 gold Mazda 626 4 door was burglarized while it was parked and locked in stall #2110 on the 8th floor of the parking structure between 0800-1800 hours. The passenger side window was smashed and a $200 TomTom GPS was stolen from inside the vehicle.
A victim reported the theft of his TREK mountain bike (no serial numbers, $450.00) from the Pleasant Hill Station, between 0800-1700 hours. The victim parked his bike at the racks near th e ticket vendor with secured his bike with a cable lock.
A victim reported that they locked their bicycle (a unknown model white mountain bicycle) to the bike racks on 7/23/15, at 1700 hours. The bicycle was secured with a cable lock. The victim returned on 7/25/15, at 0900 hours to find their bicycle gone. The estimated value of the bike is $150.

A victim reported that their gray 2000 Nissan X Terra was burglarized while parked in the parking structure, stall 2969, between 1800 hours on 7/10/15 and the time of call. The vehicle’s rear window was shattered and the following items were stolen: A blue/gray colored backpack and miscellaneous clothing. The investigating officer processed the vehicle for fingerprints. The officer then completed a report.
A victim reported his $100.00 Phat Cruiser B7 bicycle was stolen while it was cable locked in the free area between 0815-1800 hours.
A victim reported his red Trek Soho bicycle was stolen while it was cable locked at the bike racks between 0720-1745 hours.
The victim reported via phone, the theft of their Gray Specialized road bike, unknown speed and serial number, between the hours of 1630-2200 hours. The victim valued the bike at $300.
Trains were delayed because a tree fell on a power line near the Walnut Creek Police Department, knocking down the power line wayside. Power was turned off between Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill Stations, and a bus bridge was implemented for passengers from the Lafayette Station to the Concord Station. Service was restored at 2044 hours.
The station agent reported a BART vehicle that was burglarized inside the parking structure. An officer checked and located a BART truck on the basement level of the parking structure with its passenger rear window smashed. It appeared an unknown suspect tried steal a canvas work bag from the interior of the vehicle and also tried to cut through a cable lock attached to a tool box in the bed of the truck. The time element is unknown at this point, but it is believed it occurred sometime after Friday. The officer processed vehicle for fingerprints and it was turned over to a BART employee to be secured.
A victim reported his $100.00 blue and silver men’s 26 inch mountain bicycle (unknown make and model) was stolen while it was cable locked at the bike racks between 1530 hours on 6/16/15 to 1530 hours on 6/18/15.
