Patrons complained about a male smoking on a train. Officers contacted the male and discovered that he has a valid prohibition order. He was placed under citizen's arrest for smoking in the train and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for smoking and violating the prohibition order.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a male screaming at people in the station. Upon contact, officers determined that the male was too intoxicated to care for himself. No one wished to make a complaint for the original disturbance, so the male was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for public intoxication.
Officers were dispatched to a reported robbery of a bicycle. Both the victim and the suspect off boarded the train and were contacted by responding officers. The victim stated that the suspect tried to take his bicycle and simulated having a handgun during the attempt. During a records check of both of the men, the victim was found to have a $20,000 warrant for theft. He was taken into custody for the warrant and the robbery suspect was taken into custody for the robbery. Both were booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
11/915 1855 hours A victim reported that they parked and locked their Red 2010 Honda Civic in the parking lot on 11/7/15 at 0745 hours and today at 1800 hours. They returned to find their passenger side window smashed and the interior was searched. No loss. An officer processed the vehicle for fingerprints but negative results.
A victim reported that they locked their Electra bicycle at the station on 11/9/15, between 0740 – 1835 hours. The bicycle was secured with cable lock. The estimated value of the bike is $100.
A victim reported the theft of their Gary Fisher brand road bike, valued at $200.00, while it was cable locked at the station between 2230 hours on 11/5/15 and 1630 hours on 11/6/15. An officer responded and completed a report a report.
A victim reported the theft of their dark blue men’s Outlook Diamond back mountain bike, valued at $40.00, while it was cable locked at the station between 0605 and 1540 hours. An officer contacted the victim and completed a report.
A female fare evaded into the Pleasant Hill Station and began screaming and acting erratic. Officers arrived and detained the female. After giving several false names, Walnut Creek PD responded and used a portable fingerprint machine to identify the female. The female had two no bail warrants issued by Alameda County Sherriff's Department for theft and auto theft. The agent did not place the female under citizen's arrest for fare evasion. The female was booked on the warrants at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A victim interrupted an auto burglary in the basement of the parking structure at the Pleasant Hill Station. A White Male smashed the window of silver 2007 Honda Accord 4 door and entered the Honda. The car's alarm went off and the male fled on a bicycle. Responding officers searched the area for the male but with negative results. A second vehicle, grey 2008 Toyota Corolla was located and its window was smashed also. An officer dusted the vehicle for prints but did not locate any.
A patron reported that their black 1988 Toyota Tacoma was burglarized while parked in stall #3537, in the basement of the parking structure, between 0520-2400 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the driver's window to gain entry and stole coins from the interior.
A victim reported the theft of their green women's folding Citizen's Barcelona bike from the bike racks. The bike was secured with a cable lock on 10/22 at 0900 hours and when the victim returned at 1730 hours, the bike and lock were gone.
A victim reported that they parked and locked their 2005 Honda Accord in the parking structure on 10-13-15, at 0700 hours. They returned at 0000 hours to find their front passenger window smashed.
A victim reported that they parked and locked their 2009 Toyota Tacoma in the parking structure on 10/11/15, at 0500 hours. They returned today at 1045 hours to find their rear cab window broken and interior ransacked. The loss was miscellaneous personal items, change, and two pocket knives. The victim declined to have his vehicle processed for fingerprints.
A victim reported that they locked their Men’s Trek mountain bicycle at the station on 10/8/15 at 0630 hours. The bicycle was secured with cable lock. The victim returned at 2130 hours to find their bicycle gone.
An officer located a vehicle with a smashed rear window on the second level of the parking structure. The officer attempted to call the owner, but was unsuccessful. The officer was unable to determine if entry into the vehicle was made, but he was able to send an email to the owner and leave a note asking them to call us upon their return.
An officer located a 2005 Jeep Liberty with its rear window smashed. The loss is unknown at this time. The officer attempted to contact the registered owner to notify them that their vehicle was burglarized. A note was left with the vehicle.
A victim reported that they parked and locked their 2002 Isuzu Rodeo in the parking lot today at 0830 hours. They returned at 1400 hours to find their rear window smashed and miscellaneous items taken. The victim did not wish to have his vehicle processed for evidence.
A victim reported that they parked and locked their 2015 Toyota Tacoma in the basement of the parking structure in space #1297 at 1330 hours. They returned at 2045 hours to find that an unknown suspect had smashed the right rear window and entered the vehicle to take a GoPro camera. Officers processed the vehicle for evidence and completed a police report.
A victim reported that they locked their bicycle with a cable lock at the station on 9/26/15 at 0900 hours. The victim returned at 1700 hours to find the bicycle gone. The estimated value of the bike is $200.
An officer responded to the station regarding a stabbing victim near the front of the station. Shortly after arriving, the officer located the (male) victim, who was suffering from a stab wound to his upper torso. The officer administered first aid, summoned medical personnel and learned that the stabbing had occurred on northbound highway 680. California Highway Patrol Officers responded to the station and took control of the investigation as the incident occurred in their jurisdiction. The victim was eventually transported to a local hospital for further medical attention.
A victim reported that they locked their Schwinn Mountain Bicycle at the station on 9/18/15 at 1300 hours. The bicycle was secured with a cable. The victim returned at 1600 hours the same day to find their bicycle gone.
A victim reported the theft of their black and pink men’s Marin Coast Rail mountain bike, valued at $450, while it was cable locked at the station between 0945 and 1800 hours. An officer responded and completed a report.
A victim reported that their teal green 1993 Saab was burglarized while parked in the 1st level of the parking structure, stall 3250, between 1330 and 1630 hours. There were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle, but the victim reported their residence’s garage door opener, miscellaneous keys and loose change were taken from its interior. An officer made telephone contact with the victim and completed a report.
A victim reported that their grey 2005 Ford 500 was burglarized while parked in the basement of the parking structure between 1740-2245 hours. The passenger window was smashed to gain entry, the interior was ransacked, and change and an iPod was taken. The vehicle was processed for prints but no prints were located.
A patron reported by phone that their 2014 Jeep had been burglarized while parked in stall #2534 on the 6th floor of the parking structure, between 9/10/15 at 1600 hours, to today at 1830 hours. An unknown suspect smashed the rear window to gain entry. The interior was ransacked, but there was no apparent loss.
